Always great service here. They remember their regulars and treat them well. They have also stayed open a few extra minutes for me on occasion when I called ahead and told them I’d be there right around closing time. Nice, convenient, friendly spot.

I was very happy to find this smoke shop in the Excelsior neighborhood. Since «Rock On» closed I had been going all the way over to Haight Street for my paraphernalia. They carry a wide variety of pipes in glass, wood, and steel. There is quite a bit of merchandise in this store and it is a small space. I was just a tad bit claustrophobic but I will return because it is a convenient location.

The guys behind the counter have always been really friendly to me and on a few occasions gave me so discount for buying in semi bulk.
They sell my favorite cigarette Puch tobacco (American Spirit Perique Blend) at a reasonable price. Also they sell Element rice rolling paper which is good quality but not favorite, Bambu. But can’t knock them too hard on that.
Overall would love a greater selection of pipe and cigarette tobaccos bit they mostly sell marijuana paraphernalia so that’s to be expected.
Some relatively cheap prices and friendly workers makes this a four star so.

Coming from Los Angeles, finding a vape store with flavors is pretty easy as shops are at every mile now. But in SF, it seems to be a bit different. I was up there for a visit and ran out of a juice and got recommended to come to this shop. It was chill environment and got what I needed. Staff was very polite and helpful. Thanks!

Came here twice to pick up smoke juice, 6 $ each both times. Came here the third time today buying the same smoke juice, the same clerk that helped me from the previous times decided to raise the price by $ 2(nice try brotha). So i confronted him, annnnnd that would be the last time i will shop here.
Definitely NOT a FIVE STAR business when the employee do that to a returning customer.
THINK TWICE and do research on the price before buying here !
