Araksi is the best. I never have to argue price or question the quality of anything she makes. I purchased my fiancé’s engagement ring from there and now came back to get both of our bands. My wife loves her ring as there is no other duplicate of it and Araksi even made a special band to custom fit and match the engagement ring perfectly. I highly recommend you see Araksi if you’re in the market.

I went in to customize an engagement ring. I was told they would make it how I wanted. I asked for a past present and future setting. She assured me she was able to make it. When I received the ring there was a huge gap between the diamonds. This gap was only on one side and not the other. When I brought it up to her she told me not to worry it would be an easy fix. What they did was try to fill it. It looked terrible. So instead of making it how I wanted like I was promised she told me it was my fault. She said it was perfect and I was mistaken. I brought it to another jeweler and they told me that it was there fault and the band was made poorly and has to be redone not just filled. I went back and told her I received a second opinion and she refused to help me. It is absolutely the worst customer service I have ever received. I spent a lot of money and defiantly did not get what I paid for. Please do not go her. They are filled with false promises and will only blame you when they mess up. Go anywhere else but her.

I had a very pleasant experience with Araksi and the Solano Diamond Gallery. She was extremely helpful in locating the perfect diamond for my engagement ring, and was even able to get the order rushed and in time for my planned trip across country to ask for my wife’s hand. The tears in her eyes and residual sparkle when I put on that ring further cemented my conviction that I had found the perfect ring! I been researching for 10 years for the best place and been to over a dozen shops. Araski at Solano Diamond turns out to be the best place to shop. She can get or make anything you want. And her pricing and customer service is the best!

My husband and I spent a whole day searching for someone to custom design our wedding bands. We talked with several different businesses within the Gift Center and finally found Solano Diamond Gallery who assured me I would not leave until I was happy with my wedding bands. BLANTANT LIE! The first attempt at designing my custom bands was a complete failure. When I went to pick up the rings I was not happy at all but the owner assured me it was gorgeous and to give it some time — I left willing to test it out. After a few weeks, I called her and told her I was not happy, she told me to come back and we can discuss how to correct it. To my surprise, when I went back she admitted that the bands did not go together and she understood why I was not happy — WHY THE HECK DID YOU TRY AND SELL ME ON THE BANDS A FEW WEEKS AGO. So I explained to her what I wanted and she agreed to fix — can I just tell you that the craftsmanship was absolutely horrible but due to timing, I had to go with it because our wedding was a few weeks later. After we got back from our honeymoon, I went back to Solano Diamond Gallery and was told she could do nothing more for me. I left extremely frustrated because this same woman assured me I would not leave until I was happy!!! PLEASE DO NOT ATTEMPT TO DO BUSINESS HERE!
On a brighter note, I found a terrific jeweler in San Carlos called Geoffrey’s and he is completely redesigning my wedding set! This establishment is truly a dream come true and I couldn’t be happier with what he has done!!!
