I only have two tattoo’s on my body but the ones I have are done by Avelino. They are truly amazing. I also get a lot of compliments for my tattoo’s. His work is greatly appreciated. If you ever decided to get a tattoo, DON’T EVER second guess yourself to walk into his shop. He knows what’s best and he knows what he is doing, so if he suggest an idea based on your tattoo idea, listen to what he has to say!

This review is way overdue. I have been getting tattoos by Avelino for over 18 years. The most recent project was a full back piece in a Day of the Dead style to honor my deceased parents. It is an absolute work of art. Avelino went above and beyond to make sure every possible detail was perfect. I wouldn’t consider anyone else to do my tattoos and you shouldn’t either. If I could I would give him more then 5 stars. He not only did an amazing job but he was very talkative and kept conversation threw out the whole time I was there. I came with my own idea at first but talking it threw he gave me some other options and I loved it even more then what I thought. I’ve gone with other tattooist but none like him. As I called him the man in the mask lol. I am totally keeping him as my only tattooist from now on. The shop is beyond clean and he totally knows what he is doing. If you are looking for a place this is the one too go too. Very comprehensive and understanding.

Avelino is an amazing artist. He does great custom work. Just give him an idea of what you want and he will come up with an awesome tattoo. I have been going to his shop since 1997. I got my latest tattoo earlier this year. I highly recommend him.

Avelino is STELLAR! I went in for a cover up and he did a spectacular job! I knew what I wanted to cover up the old ink I had from waaaaay back and he worked with me to capture the design that was right for me. from my ideas that I brought him. He is very generous with his time in making sure it’s exactly what I wanted. He worked with me in choosing the colors for my awesome tattoo and I’m very happy with it. I will love it for LIFE! Not just for a few years like my previous one under it.
He is very professional and his shop is very tidy. Considering it’s in the T.L. (love me some T.L.!) his shop is inviting and he is a laid back kind of dude. No stress is what you want to feel when someone is working on you with needles!
I would definitely tell my friends and or family if they are looking to get quality and beautiful pieces of art on their body, Avelino is the guy to see.
Avelino has a lot of different styles and will work with you to achieve what you are looking for. You just need to tell him what you want and be very clear on a time line so he knows what to expect. Communicate as much as you can in the beginning so you are happy and he is happy working for you! I found him very responsive and relaxed to my scheduling constraints.
