The girls here are really sweet. They offered a tray for my 2 drinks. I declined and guess what, i spilled my drink on the way out. Went back to let them know of the mess i had made. They were really sweet and offered to make me another one. I didnt accept it but i thought that was really nice of them. If i lived closer i would definitely come to this one more often

Besides the smelly homeless people it’s a great Starbucks because there usually isn’t a huge line and service is fast and friendly. Attached is a nice patio for sunny days. They run low on food usually after 4pm.

The staff here is so amazing. They deal with self-centered millenial customers and troubled homeless that frequent this place-many of them veterans– with class, courtesy and dignity. Thank you. Of course, you could ban the millenials. ;)

These guys are simply the best! They always remember names and orders. Always courteous and helpful. They all seem to be working very hard to make things run smoothly and effectively. Highly recommend. The manager behind the counter always looks like she is calm and organizes the friendly staff well. These folks are able to handle customers as well as the homeless guys in a way that is very impressive. A+

This is my neighborhood Starbucks. My favorite part is they ALWAYS ask how to spell my name! I mean seriously, who wants to walk around all day with a cup that says lindsAy? UGH Unfortunately the line is always long, and the layout of this spot is really narrow which makes it awkward when you walk in. Other than that, hey, it’s Starbucks.

I absolutely love this Starbucks. Not to say I don’t frequent other coffee houses with better coffee, but the main reason I come here during the work week is for the great customer service. The baristas act like they are enjoying their jobs, and have taken the time over the past few months to get to know me. The ones I interact with regularly know me by name, which as a previous Partner myself I can appreciate even more so now. The drinks I order always come out tasty(I can tell when ya don’t calibrate the espresso machines… these guys do!) and the place is usually pretty clean. Keep up the good work!

This is my favorite Starbucks in the City. They’re fast and prompt. My soy latte is consistently hot and good. I always compare any soy latte I get with the soy lattes I get there. Service is great! Even when the lines are long, the line moves quickly and I can get in and out quickly.

A skinny building just across the street from the Safeway, so it’s kinda like it has a parking lot.

Everyone who works here has always been super nice and I’ve always gotten great service. Why three stars? Their coffee tastes strange. I ALWAYS order the same thing at every Starbucks I go to and here, and only here, my mocha tastes almost fruity. I let their corporate office know but the coffee still tastes funky, fruity… not a good taste for coffee… Update: Starbucks contacted me, said they’d look into the strange taste of the coffee at this location but as of today(4÷14÷13) the coffee still tastes weird. Going to start going to Pete’s on Chestnut Street for my Sunday morning stroll. Still think the baristas there are doing their best but Starbucks in general is really going downhill.

Former Just Desserts turned SBUX from a loooooonnngg time ago. The tight hallway leads to more tables and chairs. Feels like a reading den or a medieval castle. Coffee was the usual SBUX variety. Not spectacular, but just okay.

This one is a relatively quick walk from my work place. If I need to get away for a moment and indulge in some Starbuck’s goodness, this is the place I go. There is usually a line when I head in, because it’s quite a popular location(right across from a Safeway without a Starbuck’s and right next door to the post office) so be prepared for a little bit of a wait. They’ve usually got a full staff during the busy times, never have to wait more than 5 minutes. AND… they’ve never messed up any of my drink orders and tend to be really friendly each time. Also, a great plus, they always seem to have the free app or song cards, unlike some locations that seem to run out or don’t put them out at all. Another plus, you can use your starbuck’s card through your phone at this place!
Taking a walk from Crissy field east toward the Marina Green, I spotted a café on the east end of Crissy field. But wait, I don’t have any credit cards or cash on me. Only my smart phone. Light bulb on! I have the Starbucks app loaded. I knew there was a Starbucks across the street from Safeway. My pace quickened. Walked along the Marina and headed toward Safeway by Fort Mason. Arrived shortly and got my caffeine fix. Plenty of tables by the front door and several toward the back of the store. Long and narrow storefront. Took the place of «Just Desserts» café from years back. Very convenient location as it’s near Fort Mason and the Marina Green.

If you’ve been to one starbucks, you’ve been to them all. One thing that’s nice about this is its location. If you’re hanging out near Fort Mason or Crissy field on a breezy day(which is the case down there), grabbing a hot tea from SB is quite a pleasant accessory.

This place deserves a absolute TWOTHUMBSDOWN for all the starbucks i’ve been to. –Long line in the morning –Minus a star for inability to make starbuck double. Double thumbs down — inability to capture the specialty drinks properly –take FOREVER to make my drink, while the 3 other people that ordered after get their drink. sigh… THISHASTOBEBYFARTHEMOSTDISAPPOINTINGSTARBUCKS, I’VEEVERBEENTO. SOSAD. I wish I can give half stars, because I do appreciate the friendly staff who can’t take my order properly or make my drink. THey do try their best. I know. It’s hard to start work at 4AM in the morning. I’ve been there.

The baristas that work here are so nice. Today, I had a sore throat so I went to Safeway and bought Theraflu. I then walked over to Starbucks and asked them if they could sell me a cup of plain, hot water for the Theraflu. She said that they wouldn’t charge me, which was nice. What was even nicer is then she said, «You know, it’s really hot, if you want to drink it right now, do you want me to put in a few ice cubes to cool it down?» How considerate is that? She asked if I wanted a lid, I said please, and tipped her for her trouble. Oh, I then realized I needed a pair of scissors to open the Theraflu packet and they let me borrow a pair. Super.

These four stars go out to this Starbucks and the Orange Mango Banana Vivano. First, for the beverage. I discovered this«smoothie» when Starbucks was doing a special with afternoon drinks for $ 2 if you bought any drink in the morning. For a couple weeks there, I was a 2-times-per-day Starbucks girl… anyways, this drink includes a good amount of protein and is yummy and about 270 calories(but who’s counting?!). They use a real banana so it’s pretty banana-y and makes me think of a tropical banana cocktail. I think it’s very worth the $ 3.75! This Starbucks is efficient though always seems a bit dirty to me. Not super dirty but not as clean as other Starbucks around… It’s an easy stop right next to the 24 Hour Fitness though and a fun reward for a big work-out!

5 stars for those breakfast sandwiches because I just had one and they are like a McDonald’s egg mcmuffin on ‘roids, amped up and delicious. They are phasing out these tasty treats by fall per Mr. Howard Schultz, so CHECKTHEMOUT.
