I love the baristas here. They’re friendly and the service is great. I love the overall atmosphere, and I usually come here on weekend mornings to focus. My only reservation is that the wifi here is incredibly slow. Even for browsing and checking emails, it’s just noticeably slow.

The expectation from a Starbucks is never not that hight so it’s definitely not the scene to shoot the awesome movie Great Expectations but at least the coffee is somewhat decent and it’s very customer centric. Well scratch that for this particular location. The staff was so annoying that I did not get to try that somewhat decent coffee. The store manager or whoever definitely needs to remind these folks that Starbucks chain is built around customer satisfaction. Well store proliferation too but that’s out of scope for this review. Anyway long story short: Dear management please do not let your customers have huge deviations in their experiences with your stores. A chain has to be consistent and that means properly educating your staff on manners at the locations they seem to be missing those. Horrible!

Baristas are great but they consistently mess up what milk goes in what canister on the condiment counter. I’ve mentioned this multiple times but the issue is still ruining 1⁄5 mornings every week on average. IT’S SOEASYTOMATCHMILKTONAMEDCANISTERS!

This is one of the classiest Starbucks I’ve ever seen-they even have art by local artists and hipster prints on the walls. I believe I saw a black and white photograph of Candlestick Park, which was classy and I always appreciate the baseball shoutout. I only stopped in because I really had to use the facilities and the burrito spot I usually pop into for that purpose on Valencia was going to be a close call, so I changed up my usual routine and boy was it a great idea. The usual Starbucks has a single occupancy bathroom and occasionally there’s a code to get in(don’t get me started on this subject), but this one had THREEWHOLESTALLS. There was no code to be had, much to the relief of my bladder. I’m not really sure why anyone would go to Starbucks other than for the reason I did, considering that you’re in what is probably one of the top 5 cities in the world to get super bougie coffee. You’re in the freaking Mission for goodness sakes-there are at least 17 local, artisanal, handcrafted, non-gmo, ethically sourced, single-origin roasters within walking distance for a 700 pound human. I guess if you really #*^%*#* love Starbucks, then this one should DEFINITELY be on the top of your SF itinerary. For the rest of us, the bathrooms are bomb af.

Was driving in the area and stumbled upon this Starbucks. This is actually an interesting location to have a Starbucks, as I usually expect coffee shops in areas with high walking traffic. The customers at this location tend to be police officers, MUNI drivers, and KQED staff. This particular Starbucks is huge compared to many locations in the city with a lot of seating. Got the usual Ice Coffee with Vanilla Syrup which was nothing out of the ordinary. The service here was very quick and the baristas were very friendly. Overall not a bad place to study or hangout. A lot of parking in the area with metered spaces in front and free street parking across the street.

Today, I ordered a large, iced soy latte. There were 4 – 5 women working, my order was taken and after 5 – 6 people got their drink(mine was definitely not kept in the order received), the gal apologized for the wait. The service is terrible, slow and efficient. Going back to Peers where they have almond milk! Starbucks uses GMO.

5 stars for pure seating space and options. By far the most seating I’ve seen in a starbucks in San Francisco… at least so far.

The space is yes, large with lots of seating which is great. However this is the worst place to go to study or to have a conversation or to read. The music is always played extremely loud, this makes the atmosphere very, very uncomfortable. The loud music in turn makes people talk super loud. Yes, its not a library so its understandable but the music is SOLOUD! Even when you wear earplugs. I’ve asked for them to turn it down and they said that something about the system is broken so that its either really loud or off. Weird, they just remodeled a few months ago. You would think a company as massive as STARBUCKS would have the money to send a repair guy out to fix said problem. Libraries are closed today in observance of Veterans day, otherwise I wouldn’t be here.

We stumbled upon this Starbucks while wandering through the streets on our last visit to the city. Luckily a parking spot opened up right in front of the store when we arrived. While they had a good flow of customers coming and going, it wasn’t crowded at all. The space is larger than most locations, clean, with a nice mural on the entry wall. Looking around, it seemed to me that there were more outlets than an average Starbucks, so that’s potentially helpful for those who are coming in for longer periods of time. Service was decent, coffee was standard. It was definitely a nice pit stop on our travels.

11/07/2014: — Clean spacious coffee shop — Friendly staff members — Good service and location* *It’s located conveniently below Bay Area Video Coalition and across the street from KQED television station as well as a MUNI bus yard facility. Seating is available inside and outside. Free Wi-Fi and the signal is very clear. There was a line with 3 – 4 patrons when I walked in, but it moved quick. Lines aren’t super long which is also another good thing. Overall, positive first experience here. *Holiday themed beverages and cups are back by popular demands. Just in time for the start of and to brighten up the holiday season. Starbucks Coffee gets major bonus points for being one of the coffee shops integrating holiday themed beverages. That’s the holiday spirit!

Ohhhhhhh is THISSSSSS what a Starbucks can look like? I got so used to my beloved but dilapidated Sunset Starbucks that I forgot that there are establishments where you can SITDOWN on the toilets without contracting something fierce. This place is spacious and clean, bustling with people in and out all the time. There’s a perpetual long line but it seems to move quickly. Lots of tables and space to study since it seems most people are just grabbing and going. As a helpful guy pointed out to me as I looked around, befuddled with computer charger in hand – there are TONS of outlets, they are just sneakily hid underneath the paneling near your feet. The coffee is – Starbucks – tastes the same everywhere. Nothing really eye-popping or out of the ordinary here.

This is the Sbux that’s local to my office. Coffee Bar is just a block further, so I usually go there, as the coffee is much better. Today I wanted to check out the Sbux remodel, however. The use of space is much improved; they moved the counter/registers to the far wall, which keeps the line from clogging up the doorway. They also got rid of that useless conference room area in back, which opens the place up quite a bit. I saw a review about loud music — I didn’t seem to notice that. On the not-so-wonderful side, they were out of the breakfast sandwich I wanted, so I ordered the recommended alternate. Then I was told«Oops, out of that one too.» I ended up ordering one I didn’t really want(it was a free birthday treat — yay!), but the guy was really nice and gave me a card that’s good for a free beverage next time. All-in-all, cool changes and a nice customer service save.

Had to give this Starbucks 5 stars for being the nicest of ALL n the city. Loads of seating, nice bogs, furniture, condiment bar, lots of outlets, MASSIVE space. Having said that, staff hear have big shoes to fill for having such a nice coffee house/pub atmosphere to work in!

***This is a pretty big Starbucks with a wide variety of indoor seating as well as a few seating options outside; this store has your typical Starbucks offerings; they have already started selling holiday season items including an interesting advent calendar, which should have had a more interesting and integrated look as opposed to just being a series of 25 little canisters of sweets; their men’s restroom was out of order*** Metered street parking is available. The meters only take coins.
