Needed a quick shape up and they took care of me right away. Maybe because I got lucky as a walk — in. But everyone is friendly and they gave did exactly what I wanted them to do. Considering it was only a slight trim with the one guard on the sides. They managed it very well. Very convenient location for an emergency cut. :)

Rose is really good with typical Indian/Asian hair(standard cut with slightly shorter on the sides than the top). She’s also quick with the razors and scissors, getting it right on the first pass and taking about 15 – 20 minutes total.

Incompetent to manage the appointment list. They skipped me twice to take on walk-ins and when I went and complained they realized they screwed up but instead of owning up the acted like it is ok… Guess they do not care about customers…

Worst haircut ever. The cheap price is not worth it

I had Joey there, I didn’t really know what I exactly wanted but he gave some nice suggested that I decided to go with. The results was pretty good. The location is very convenient to me so that is a plus. The thing I didn’t like much about it is that the receptionist lady has the worst manners. I walked in, she just gave me the stare and wouldn’t say a thing to me.

The haircut was low quality. When asked to trim and thin the top she used a shaver to shape it rather than cut by hand. The hair stylist seems to not cut it thoroughly and did it in a rushy manner. Especially for $ 20 the haircut was probably worth $ 8, but seeing its located in an expensive area which is why they’re able to charge that much.

The worst attention ever! The lady that did my hair did not say a single word the entire time. She didn’t even say bye. The haircut was terrible and it seems like she had no clue what she was doing… Honestly, the worst place you can go

She did not even use the scissors, only the trimmer, 10min and done. I can do the same myself…

I only see Ilene, and she’s on a well deserved 3 week vacation in her home country, and I was without her! But what about ME! ME! ME! Who cares about anybody else, when it comes to me! WRONG! Just because our society has become so self involved that they don’t give a shit about anyone else, doesn’t mean I have! I saw Joey, who reminds me of a young David Bowie with cool retro hair that I don’t think I could get away with, who was really nice and accommodating to my crazy expectations. I give this salon 5 stars plus, for above and beyond service, and for making me feel special each time I go in to get a haircut. 5 stars!

What a shambles! No-one seems to be able to speak English to any level, I waited 45 minutes to be told that they called my name 3 times. Someone mumbling something is not that; and if you don’t know how to pronounce it then please ask and please check on the people who are waiting … just the basics Rude and and attitude of couldn’t care less, I ended up walked out as god only knows what the actual haircut would have been like Avoid

Probably the worst place to get haircut. I have a very low expectation when it comes to hair cut. I’m not picky and I only need buzzcut and this place had it worst. I had used OnSite haircut in the past and it has a similar price range and I was satisfied with the result. So I thought SuperCuts(this location) may give a similar experience. I was dead wrong!!! I should’ve heeded the warnings from other reviewers. Like other reviewer mentioned, a quality of your haircut will entirely depend on which hair stylist you get. This holds very true. I got Noina as my hair stylist. Good parts — If you know exactly what you want in term of trim/buzz cut number/measurement, she’ll get exactly what you want —nothing more and nothing less. This is the only reason you should request her. Otherwise, please read the worst parts. — Cheap(both price and quality) — Open Sunday: I came in Sunday and there was no waiting. — Close to AT&T park Worst parts: — I understand English might not be her first language. But at least customer service 101 should be embedded for anyone who needs to interact with customers. She has none. I received a cold blank-stare from her and got absolutely no greeting(no even saying hello). If I didn’t tell her I want a haircut when I walked in, she would have been continuing giving zero damn and a cold blank stare at me. — She shouldn’t be called a stylist at all(IMO she didn’t deserve it). As far as I can tell, she only knows how to mowed-lawn my head. When I show her my photo with the buzzcut six months earlier for a reference, she didn’t even bother looking. I requested her specifically to just leave my hairs on top a bit longer, she just kept saying«I don’t know» and continued mowing my head. The result came and I absolutely got a face-palm. I should just buy a hair clipper and do it myself. Look like she only knows how to do only one style of buzz/haircut. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone at all unless you’d like to gamble with hairs on your head. If Supercuts is absolutely all you need, I’d still suggest that you should go to a different location.

What’s the point of using the app for making an appointment if they’re not going to respect that order? Every time I make an appointment I have to wait at least 30 mins and no one even checks the list they have. More than once I had to ask and they never have an answer to why there is no order. Also, customer service is bad. I understand English might not be their first language but they need at least one person who can help customers. Whenever I complain, some of the stylists give me a mean look even thought I wait for a few minutes before doing it and I do it in a respectful way.

I came in around closing time, and even though there were people ahead of me and it was near closing time when it was my turn, Joey still stayed past closing to cut my hair, he did an excellent job and worked fast. Definitely could get my haircut here again.

I’ve been coming here for years and all of the folks here are genuinely nice though my absolute favorite(and really great at what she does) is Tracy. Super friendly, nice person that gives you extra attention and is really good with haircuts/trims. Can’t say enough good things about her(and some of the other staff there)!

I know what I was getting into and just got what I expected. Nina expected me to know a thing or two about hair cut. Without asking me she started to cut my hair with clippers. She was pretty rude. Not recommended…

I went in for my first time today for a buzz/fade cut and I was extremely pleased. When I walked in, the two woman working were very busy and therefore somewhat curt. They also didn’t speak much English. I was friendly, though, and they were responsive. The woman who cut my hair took the time to listen to what I wanted, and she even started with longer blades to ensure I was comfortable with the cut she was giving me. I’ve had many, many $ 40.00 haircuts in this city and this $ 19.00 haircut is one of the best I’ve had. Highly recommended.

I’ve never written a review before but this place sucks so bad I need to warn you all! Just got off work and wanted to get my haircut so I thought it would be a convenient place to go. I’m not picky about my haircuts at all so supercuts is good for me. I walk in and am greeted with the coldest stare from the front desk lady. She doesn’t even greet me with a hello, hi, good afternoon, nothing. So I’m looking at the prices and tell her I would like a shampoo, cut, and style. She looks at me and said«no we don’t do that. Sorry. » it’s fine though… I’ll cut my own hair and get the same shit. Thanks lovely lady at supercuts!

I came here a few times & was thoroughly dissapointed. I wanted the sides of my head shaved(I’ve a mohawk) & each time I requested a double Zero & they only used a zero. For some REASON they don’t give me the shave that I want and it is irritating, especially since they are bloody expensive. I wanted a Very clean shave & for $ 20 they didnt give me what I requested! There are much better places way cheaper in Castro/Mission — I was just desperate when I used SuperCuts for convenience & maintenance reasons. Ill never go to any of em again! Their ‘Hair Cutters’ seem to lack technique, individuality, and personality. Its like they are cutting by the instructions of a book. Taking steps and reading manuals. Seriously, they do ‘Micky Mouse’ work and after the number of times I have unfortunately used them I am not convinced that the people who work here are real Stylists and there is nothing Super about Supercuts!

Called at 4:45pm to see if I could get in for a 6:30pm appt. The response«Um, just call back 30 mins before you want to come in, since we’ll probably just lose the paper» Nice reservation system you got there buddy. I’ll give them a try and see how the haircut actually goes. Not too impressed with the reservation process though, lol
