Susan leads one of the best divorce-counseling workshops around. I participated in several programs over the past year and found tremendous relief and encouragement within each session. After my last session, I felt that I’d overcome much of the confusion and alienation that surrounded my divorce. Susan does a fantastic job of structuring the confidential group sessions so everyone has a voice, and that each person can work through their specific issues and stages of anger/grief/loneliness. It was enlightening to hear from both men and women, and get perspective from those who left vs. those who were left. Make no mistake — it takes a *lot* of support to get through a divorce, and sometimes you can’t always get it from friends and family. Susan’s workshop did me a world of good, and really helped get me back on my feet.

My late 20’s to mid-30’s were a challenge. Way back in the day of being a total head case(my words, not hers… at least not to my face!), alone in the big city, I found Susan. Remember Lucy in the Peanuts comics? Susan is *nothing* like her! She took me on, helped me sort out my stuff, and sent me out into the world with lots of great skills! She’s very focused, keeps you focused, doesn’t buy your B.S., and won’t waste your time. All with compassion, an open ear, and non-judgment. She also does EMDR(google it). That’ll be .05 please.
