The beat shrimp tacos in town… Hands down. Fast service… Friendly employees… Very close to public transportation

I love this place. So many of the reviews say that the food is great but service sucks. I’ve yet to have bad service and I’ve been about 10 times. They are always busy and maybe that translates to poor service to some people, but i love this place. Their chile relleno burritos are the best.

This is my neighborhood taqueria and I’ve been enjoying their food for years. The food is great, the people are nice they are open late. My favorites are the super burrito and shrimp super burrito. I love the quesadillas and the chips. Good salsa too.

I used to go here all the time and it used to be amazing but had been getting worse and worse. I stopped going altogether, and a few months later decided I would give it one more try. I spent $ 9 on a burrito that felt like it was literally only sour cream, it was just goopy. I couldn’t eat it in a way that didn’t make me look like a barbarian freak. The average bite temperature was cold because of how much sour cream/salsa there was. And it was ENORMOUS. Which would be a good thing if it was a good burrito, but now I have to keep this big floppy thing around wondering whether I can eat it or refrigerate it

Don’t get fooled by the looks of the place out the loud TV… This tacos are among the best, the very best I have tried out of Mexico! The camaron taco is a must, and the tacos dorados are delicious ++. I found my SF mex place, a lot to say here.

There are a lot of taquerias in San Francisco, most them are pretty good, some are spectacular, THISPLACEISNOTONEOFTHEM! Lousy service, mediocre food at best and a bit over priced, especially for the quality. If you are craving a taqueria I suggest you go somewhere else.

Kid behind the reregister was too cool to answer any questions about the food. I ordered a super carna asada burrito there was more rice than anything and the guacamole was mostly salsa. Not a good place for burritos I recommend going somewhere else like 24th and mission.

Muy bien! The Mission District is always all kinds of sketch and bullcockery. But I grew up around here so the holes-in-the-wall eateries always get to me the most. This is one of em. Located along Geneva, this place sits next to a local liquor store and the bus stop. Not the best location to be at, but it still gets some good business. The usual here: — Super nachos: The nachos are SUPER. They are very generous with the amount of errythang that you get(salsa, guacamole, chips, your choice of meat, sour cream, cheese). The meat is cooked on spot so it’s nice and hot when you get em and the cheese is melted so you get that ooey gooey yummy in my tummy feeling. — Junior burrito: Let us get one thing straight: these kinds of places KNOW how to do burritos. No it ain’t like Chipotle and it ain’t like Taco Bell. This is the place where they stuff your burrito TOTHEMAX. I had to order the junior because I can’t even finish a regular sized burrito(I know I’m weaksauce). But hot daaaaamn. The beef is so good with the rice, black beans(you get to choose your meat and beans) salsa, lettuce, and the wrap. Ugh and you get a side of chips also, which are actually made fresh and slipped into a basket. Whooooey. It’s spacious, and there’s a salsa bar where you can grab your own salse. Downside is that it’s cash only. And the place looks so bleek inside. Be prepared to unbutton your pants and sit back afterwards. Baaaaam.

Excellent food, never had a problem. Friendly staff and quick service, one thing they can work on is lowering the music volume, its really annoying when you try to place a to go order over the phone !!!

Got a super chicken burrito from here just now. Place was kind of busy which I feel is a good sign. From the last time I was here I noticed they added a bar counter towards the back of the restaurant and some flat screens. The ingredients tasted fresh. The salsa was not spicy at all but the guac salsa is. Chips decent. The lady at the counter was very nice. I took away a star because of the way my burrito was made. The burrito guy must be new because my burrito was loose and sloppy and not tightly rolled. After the first bite, a few bites fell out of it. The size of the super is consistent of El Faralito’s which is huge. I may give it a second chance now that I know they have carne asada fries. I don’t know if I will dine in though. Most likely get food to go since they serve drinks and had a bunch of guys boozing in the back. Definitely not a date place.

Pros: they have spinach tortillas and are down the street from me. Cons: Bad service. I’ve been here numerous times and it’s always bad. One time I had to get a special order for my sister(asked them to leave sour cream, cheese, etc. off of it) and when I got it I asked if they left that stuff out, they said yea. I get home and cut the burrito in half, everything I asked not to be in it… It was on it. I went here the other day, the cashier walks past me as I’m waiting to order, mugs me, walks by again, and then finally takes my order. Go down mission to El Farlito. It’s WAY better. They have spinach tortillas too.

I was hungry for something to eat. So I walk into this place and saw beef tongue and stomach meat. So I order 2 baby burritos. and ask for extra spicy. Came home n start eating … No spicy at all. but the tongue was so so tender n juicy. For the size and price is still worth buying from here.

I am a local, so this may be a biast review. This review is also only for the Tostadas. Ok now on to the review. The people who work here are super friendly(I also conversate with them in Spanish, so I might get more love than you white people who walk in). They are always talking to me, and bullshitting as I wait for my food. I hit this joint up after work at least once a week for the tostadas. The carnitas are probably the best I have had in the city thus far. They are perfectly cooked masas de puerco that are later fried a little more to give it a crispy touch. They dump a ton of dressing on the tostada; lettuce, avocados, salsa, sour cream, beans, tomatoes, the whole nine yards… oh yea and a HUGE portion of pork — carnitas. The best part, this meal is only $ 3.75. Find me another place that has good, cheap food like that? Anyways, haven’t tried anything else, if I do I will write another review. Tostadas, check em out they are nice on your wallet.

This place was heading into 4 star territory but a couple of hiccups near the end of my dining experience bumped it down to a 3. I ordered a super burrito with a spinach tortilla. meat, black beans, salsa, sour cream, guac, the youge. Best part is the meat, lots of meat in the burrito can’t complain about that. Room for improvement: 2 areas stick out to me. 1st) service is slow after order. not snail pace, but slower than most taquerias I go too. It’s good, but I don’t think the delay in time is fully reflected in the final dish. 2) The wrapping fell apart halfway through. For the time they take to make things I thought the wrapping would be better. It was a long burrito and maybe it should have been shorter and fatter because at a certain point i took a bite and both ends opened up. that’s a burrito wrapping faux pas my Iguana friends. The wrapping and not as quick as usual burrito making bumped it down for me. I also had a stomach ache after I ate here but I am not sure if it was what I Drank which I did not puchase here or the burrito or a mix. I read an earlier review about cash only. They do take CREDITCARD now. If I had no preference on style I would probably go to Phillies next door, but this is a good option for a burrito and I even saw a Phillies worker in line after me.
