The spin teacher at the JCC is a cheery dominatrix who may have the onset of senility because she always tells the same stories every class, but you are sweating your ass off and enjoying every second of it, so it doesn’t matter that you are hearing the tale of the 60 year old climbing ‘Old La Honda’ in Woodside for the umpteenth time.
I also recommend Victor even though he isn’t as mean, and you want mean in a spin teacher.
The highlight of any class was when the teacher played Styx’s «Too Much Time on My Hands» you can really step it up to that song.
