Great new club. The BOC New Years Day party was off the hook. The place is so big, there are many places to hang out and chat with friends. Love it!

I was at Midway for a concert, so this review is based on that experience. The main area of Midway is a huge open rectangular room with very high ceilings and cash-only bars on 3 sides. It reminded several of my friends and me of Echostage in DC. The spacious venue wasn’t too crowded, even for a sold out show. The main area was cold and drafty before it filled up, and people were walking around with outerwear on indoors. By the time it filled up, the room was comfortably warm though. The sound system was okay. The music was extremely loud, and I could hear the building rattling when I walked outside. I wish I’d brought my earplugs because my ears were ringing long after I left. An on-site café serves food throughout the evening. The menus were posted in the bathrooms(great advertising location!), complete with«VG» and«GF» annotations. The options for the night included sliders, fries, wings, cider, pomegranate lemonade, and more. You can walk around freely with food throughout the spac There is a small art gallery on one side of the main space as well. The bathroom lines were always long, even before the venue filled up. The bathrooms were not well-maintained. Individual stalls did not have garbage bins. Ewww. Toilet paper rolls were not loaded into the dispensers but placed on top of them, and many ended up on the floor. Ewww again.

San Francisco has ARRIVED! YES! San Francisco has finally caught up with the clubs NYC, Amsterdam, Berlin, and Ibiza! Funktion One sound everywhere are you kidding me!?! Welcome to professional partying in SF. Upsides: –There was plenty of parking –The staff had manners and treated us like the party professionals we are –We made as much noise as we wanted as late as we wanted –There were multiple areas to hang out in so the party never got stale(including a huge art gallery, again PROFESSIONAL) –Juice Bar(non alcoholic) and Food! That was a nice touch. –Plenty of bar stations, unlike Mighty or Audio –Funktion One sound! Downsides: –It’s further out than the other clubs(I paid $ 10 for an Über from The Mission) –Needs more seating, lounge areas… but they said that was coming(see below) –It’s not even fully functioning yet as they said they have ‘more’ to do… I guess that’s not a downside, sweet! My girl and I are 100% coming back. Now, LET’S PARTY!!!

We absolutely had the time of our lives at this new nightclub over Halloween weekend going to see legendary Groove Armada! This is one of the biggest nightclubs in San Francisco and what makes it really unique is that there’s different spaces to go and hang out in including a large art gallery and outdoor dance area and kitchen indoors with yummy snacks. The sound system inside is monstrous! So much bass — my face was melting off :) Great space for all the Bay Area party animals

Came here on a sat night for a Halloween event got in around, at 12 the line was down the block. This place is HUGE. I never thought a mega club was possible to exist in sf but someone made it happen. They have 4 seperate Stages and all of them have a nice sound system. They have a nice fresh juice bar(non alcoholic) which was a nice touch. The stage setup was really nicely done with all the artwork hanging and led lights There’s street parking if you get here early. Everything is nice and clean in here. I would be back if there was a special event. They should’ve named this place THEMEGA

Awesome upcoming creative space and venue. Had a fantastic time opening night. My wife and I walked here all the way from the inner mission. We were hungry and tired but I insisted we carry on. The unique cultural experience that awaited us was the reason I moved to SF.
