What you want a foot massage too? Art stands alone, it doesn’t require a pedestal and visiting the gallery for me is always a pleasure regardless of the diggs.

They have some nice prints albeit some of the work here seem like mediocre impressions(meaning that they are either later prints or later ones printed regularly without the precision and virtuosic-ness of the first editions…). The colour ones they have generally seem nicer… I got a Hokusai manga print from them for 35 dollars. Somehow the poor, blurry impression of it made the Lady Tokiwa look ghostly beautiful though.

A smallish art gallery in Japantown. If you like brush painting, print making on wooden blocks, that sort of Asian art, this place has some good finds, at reasonable prices. There are modern paintings to be had, but also some of notable antiquity, for the collector. In any case, they are soothing and beautiful, worth a visit.

A small and disorganized art gallery inside Japantown. I am not an expert on Asian art, but it’s a nice place to visit and look at interesting Japanese art work. There were some that we were interested in getting, but the prices were out of our range. I’ll give it 4 stars if they decide to clean up the place a bit. The name of the stor is a little confusing as they call themselves Tokaido Arts in affiliation with the International Art Gallery.
