Simply & Honestly:: - They sent a guy who had the worst - crappiest attitude and obviously didn't want to work. - This employee also made us feel very unsafe in our own home. - When setting the appointment, we agreed on a price of $185 (basic cleaning & deodorizer) but when their employee came he said it would be almost $400 despite there being no visible stains or odors in the home. - We were accessed a $29 cancelation fee, which we paid just to get the guy out of house. - I used this company before but no longer.

Never use this company. They are unethical and we were very disappointed.

These guys are the Kings of Slime. They do not even deserve one star. Wish I had read the reviews first. Did a Google search for carpet cleaning-​pretty straight forward stuff you would think. Give them a room size, list obstacles and condition of carpet and should be able to get a price.
First call was to Clean Green Carpet (yes I know this is a review for Trust but read on). Lady on phone says two rooms 750 square feet will be $ 69. Great I say when can you do it? Give them the address and she says; «Oh that is a commercial address, the price will be $ 750.» I tell her I will shop around a bit and thank her for her time.
Next call is to Trust Carpet Cleaning. This time when describing the job I learn that the residential price would have been $ 85 but since it is a business address the price will be $ 99. Great I say, let’s schedule the job.
Today the guy calls and tells me he is from Clean Green Carpet and is coming over for an estimate. I ask about the confusion thinking this must be a mistake. But no, he tells me that Trust Carpet Cleaning is just one of the many names they go by. I tell him I have an estimate and he is supposed to be coming to clean the carpet. He says; «OK, sorry for the confusion I will be right over.» When the guy shows up he looks at the carpet and the space and says the price will be $ 600. WTF? How can these guys be so crooked?
I hope you are reading the reviews before calling these pond scum guys because they are not going to clean the carpet for the price quoted and you will only get frustrated with them.
Now I will do what I should have done in the first place and call an honest, reputable company based on reviews!

If i could give a zero star i would! Be aware of this company! Don’t Trust them. Scam! They don’t know how to clean. I could h ave done a much better job. All this guy did to my rug was wet them. They are also called «ALL GREEN CARPET CLEAN. «They seem to have a few different phone numbers also and locations. It’s hard to know which one they are. They make you sign and pay first before they clean. My carpet was not clean at all. The guy told me it will dry in 4 hours. That was not the case. It was soaked for a couple of days and the i have to hire another carpet cleaning company to get the cleaning along with the smell from the water they spray on my rug. Scam Scam Scam.

I would give 0 stars if I could, they were suppose to come for a same day cleaning and quoted $ 69 for 1 room. I needed ¼−½ a room (less than 100 sq ft). After being an hour late they quoted $ 160 upon arrival. As my dog had had diarrhea and vomited ant my neighbors they had me over a barrel.
I used their web coupon to they them to $ 135. Then 20 minutes later they tell me the machine was broken and they would have to come back the next day.
They were then 5 hours late the next day and when the guy gets there offers me no discount. I finally got them to come down $ 10. But after cleaning for 20 mins (half of which he was on the phone talking to the office and his next client) he tells me it is as clean as he can get it.
My Nature’s Miracle and Folex could have gotten, and ultimately did, get more out then they did with their supposed commercial grate professional cleaning products. What’s worse the technician indicated that he couldn’t get more out because it sat so long!!! It sat that long because their machine broke the first time they came and because everything I asked if I could pretreat or do what I could to spot clean they told me not to touch it they could get it out.
Moreover when I tried to invoke the guarantee on the service agreement they told me I had to speak to the managers, after leaving 3 messages for them and getting no return call I opted to dispute the charge with my credit card… Go elsewhere — it is worth the wait!!!

On the phone claimed $ 69 per room; did not ask for dimension. Technician came inside without equipment and started measuring and says $ 1/​sf, and insisted on 50% more money. He must know that he needs to up sell to make money, so did not bother to bring equipment. Wanted more money. So we said no, and let him go.
I think company outsourced to whomever nearby and available.
Technician was not friendly, and more ready to do business and negotiate than being accommodating and helpful.
I do not trust this company.

I had to threaten to call the police to get the technician to leave my apt. He. would. not. leave. 10 minutes after I closed and locked my apt door he showed up again claiming that he left his measuring tape on the counter.
.on.the.counter. He was just trying to get back in my apt.
Here’s what happened before I had to threaten to call the police…
They quoted me $ 75 on the phone for 2 carpets. The guy arrived and tried to up-​sell me like we were at a bazaar or a cheesy fitness club. He barely looked at the rugs and told me they needed to be deep cleaned and said they would be $ 300+ ! The guy was super creepy and wouldn’t give me straight answers to my questions. He insisted on measuring the carpets even though I told him the dimensions then told me that it’s, «Usually $ 15 per foot but I get a discount @ $ 6.» and the total was still over 3x what was quoted on the phone then he called me a BAD LISTENER and wouldn’t leave. Don’t let these people into your home.
