Thomas Duane has a very cool collection of old maps, that he has «digitally restored», and combined with other images, print, etc that he has created himself or found elsewhere and combined into gorgeous mash-​ups. If you love old maps, as I do, check out his website. He will print these artworks onto various media including wall paper, t-​shirts, furniture as well as onto various sized paper stock. I stumbled on TSD during open studios! I bought a couple of his maps and plan to have them hanging on my wall soon. I especially like the one of old bike races mashed up with a California map.
