Walk up the stairs. Oh it’s pretty clean and nice. Bathroom had a blade hand dryer — thought that was cool. Got foot massage would give it a 7−8÷10. Friend said LA is cheaper. I laughed. Might try the body massage in the future…

Been coming here for years and never thought of doing a review until now. I have tried the rest and this place is the best! I have occasionally tried other places due to U2 being fully booked and I always come back here.
This is not a massage this is physical therapy a its finest!

Seems to have changed ownership and service is better and place is cleaner. However, $ 35 for 70 min is with 10 min foot soak, so really only 60 min massage.

This is hands down the best massage ever!
What a find!
Went there with my boyfriend on a Tuesday afternoon.
Super sweet ladies gave us an amazing foot and body massage.
Pressure points and body massage fully clothed with blankets and comfy massage chair table.
You will not be let down !!

Consistent and friendly staff, love the environment. They offer packages and they are well worth it, at other foot spas where you feel like a sardine packed into a can, I have always had my own room and the energy is worth it alone if you are not concerned about any of what I just mentioned! They are always accommodating and will do whatever they can to see me, I have been here over twenty times and only once were they too booked (weekend) which I expected but took a shot, every other time I have walked in. I know to make appointments on Sunday now though!
I have also had a very good facial here too, they use dermalogica and it’s great for the price!
I will continue to be a loyal client for a long time!

I live in the area I have been here twice now. The first visit I was a walk-​in and received a foot massage (70 min for $ 35). My second visit I went all out and booked a facial (1 hr) and full body massage (1 hr). In total the facial and massage cost me $ 90 + tip.
I’ll definitely be returning. :)

Sadly, the more services this «spa» offers, the worse it gets. (used to to just offer foot massage). First time, the foot massage was great. Second time: very good foot massage, mediocre back/​shoulder massage. But the third time: AWFUL: Amateurish person doing foot massage who clearly was a novice at this. We (my cousin and I) paid for 45 minutes — only got 30 minutes. The massage person was nice, but her foot massage was both painful — felt like she was digging her nails into my toes — or just not effective. No thanks. When I tried to find the owner/​person behind desk, surprise! She had disappeared. Well, it doesn’t exist for me either.

For $ 35 for 70 mins foot massage including neck and shoulders are not a bad deal. Actually 60 minutes because they left me and my friend in a room to soak our feet for 10 minutes.
I can’t really complain for the price we paid but the quality of massage is so so, I still would go to Sain Saine in Japan Town of they were not busy today.

Still really awesome. I visited SF for a weekend and stopped in for a 90 minute body massage ($ 70 whaaaaaat?). The rooms, beds, and linens are much nicer than your usual Chinese massage place. Everything is clean, orderly, peaceful, and a step up from the usual no-​frills outfit.
They won’t tell you at the front desk unless you ask but they will accept debit cards as payment (but you need to have cash for tips).

i’m a fan. will definitely be going back. my friend and i went mid afternoon on a Friday so it wasn’t busy but that didn’t deter them from giving us their full attention. we were served tea and these rice cracker things to start and water after the massage. they had super comfy chairs and leopard throws to keep you warm and relaxed. the music wasn’t loud and i liked how it added to the atmosphere.
i was surprised that they didn’t explain that they had two foot massage options and just gave us the longer 70 min version for $ 35. however i’m happy to spend $ 10 more for an extra 35 min of massage now that i know how good they are!
Willie was my masseuse and he used the right amount of pressure. the lotion didn’t smell. the place was really clean. they were all very friendly. i loved the whole experience.
i could see that it might get loud with people coming up and down the stairs on a busy day but that wouldn’t keep me from coming back.

Man o’ Man!!! 50 Minute Foot massage, 20 Minute Body Massage… $ 30, F&%$ YEah!!! What a great spot, I practically melted during my foot massage… Not sure of the gals name but she rocked my sis said her chick was super awesome as well. And it was $ 30 with a discount from Unilocal.They also have a frequent customer thing, you get so many massages you get one free… (Not with Unilocal Discount). Great spot, great price, and very clean. So worth it.

Made an appointment for two foot/​leg massages for my boyfriend and myself and a pedicure for just myself. I’ve been to places like this before and I’ve had amazing experiences, this one was NOT.
First the pedicure, the longest most torturous pedicure of my life. I was literally cringing as she cut each of my toe cuticles. NONE of the toe nails were even, and it probably took about ten tries before she could get a decent coat of polish on my toes.
Then the massage. Terrible. We were the last appointment and they were clearly rushing. Although I may not look like it, I am Chinese, and I speak Mandarin and Cantonese fluently. I sat quietly as they griped about us, and complained about how much longer they had before they were done with us, and what services they were going to skip.
Will not be coming back.

If I could give this place NO Stars I would! It was the most horrible massage I’ve ever had, it was literally Chinese torture!!!
First the hole where you put your face smelled like old spit, they give you a plastic cover to lay your face on & when you lift your face up it sticks to your face! 2 I thought she dislocated all 10 of my fingers, pulled my hair out & the best was, she friggin FARTED as she was massaging my leg & just kept right on going. It was the most painful thing I’ve ever felt, I told her several times to go easy & she didn’t understand. So much for the massage relaxing me, I just had to put Ben Gay on my back.
I tipped her $ 10, maybe she can use it for some Beano!!! We won’t be going back there. Good luck people.
