Veronica is very honest and kind. Instead of trying to sell me facials or peels, she advise me to see a dermatologist since my skin is really bad. In addition, I had a deal and I told her up front and she didn’t seem to mind.
Lastly, my skin felt so clean and smooth. I recommend her!
If you want someone honest, go to her.

My first facial with Ronni was excellent! She takes her time, asks questions about your skin and explains the products and how they work. Spa is nice and easy to find. Will definately be coming back!

I found this location base on a deal I got from kgb deals. The location was easy to find, and when I entered the front desk lady was friendly. When I met veronica, she seems friendly but at the same time, I felt this weird vibe. A vibe like she doesn’t welcome people who purchase vouchers. I felt this because when the session was done, I told her I had a deal, and her attitude changed. Although my session was good: she told me what she was putting on me, and everything the environment was comfortable. Overall, I felt I was not being treated welcomingly so I am giving her the 3 star

and I’ll return for my next one. The facial includes
different applications — all of them felt wonderful — and Veronica
will explain them to you if you’d like — or you can
enjoy the quiet time all for yourself — whatever you prefer.

I just got a facial from Veronica and I’m hooked! She takes her time (big plus for me) and explains everything as she goes. She also used an oxygen machine toward the end which felt absolutely amazing. And what really made the experience worth 5 stars? Her fantastic personality and ability to balance warmth and professionalism. I immediately felt comfortable with letting her take care of my skin. Overall, a wonderful experience!

Veronica is a very thorough and talented esthetician. She is 100% professional, and what I noticed first was how nice the office was, smelled really nice, and calming. The place was really relaxing and quiet. Veronica examined my skin, and with a very gentle fouch worked her magic on my face. She knows exactly what she is doing because my skin has been glowing every since and I have received several compliments about it. Thanks so much Veronica! You’re the best.

This was my second facial ever. The face massage was great and my face feels so much cleaner. I definitely recommend Veronica if you are looking for a great facial. She is very chill and does a great job. The oxygen treatment was really cool.
