This place is very overpriced and the yogurt is just ok… There are not a lot of yogurt options but conversely lots of topping options. They switch out yogurt flavors often but oftentimes half the machines are out of order. I wish there was a better froyo option in the area!

Place went out of business. Hopefully we can finally get a good frozen yogurt place now.

Very convenient when it is hot outside. They have different flavors every week which is good because we want varieties.

Pretty standard fro-yo joint. I had salted caramel and non-everything vanilla with fruit. Could’ve had more toppings, but the taste was there. Would go back again.

Half of the frozen yogurts were out of order. The toppings area was very messy and scarce. There was food all over the ground. The woman working was on her phone and not attentive. Definitely not returning to this location.

Hope this review gets to the owner. Love yoppi but this store is horribly managed. They have changed hours without notice for winter hours. And then when you go during the new hours, the store is closed. Today is Saturday jan 10. According to winter store hours they should be open at 12. However the aren’t. They posted a sign saying they would be back at 1:15. Yet they aren’t. The store hours are completely unreliable. Also, when they actually are open, often times there is no one in front. So you have to call into the back to actually get someone to get out front so you can pay. How much money is the business losing because of poor management? Hope this gets addressed because we love yoppi. But, there are other yoppis or yogurt places that may soon get our business. Disappointed customer.

As other reviewers have mentioned, this place is very inconsistent in all aspects. I could have rated them a 2 at best due to inconsistent toppings, store hours, and flavors but something else tipped them over the edge into a 1 star rating. They have machines that have been out of service for months now, limiting the selection of flavors, three of which they never change, vanilla, chocolate and cake batter. When I asked the operator when they will fix the machines and begin to include new flavors he laughed and said probably not for a while, «I wouldn’t hold your breath.» Unacceptable!

Meh — could be great. So in consistent though which kinda sucks. Some times they have fresh fruit, sometimes the don’t. Sometimes you can blend 2 flavors other times you can’t. Toppings are kinda boring and often stale in the sweet section too. Price is OK, does the trick. Sometimes it’s great usually it’s OK and occasionally it’s crappy. If you like to gamble, check it out.

Nice clean place with friendly service. Love the self service aspect so I can go crazy! Plus they have really good gelato if I want something different. Pricing is good and conveniently located by the entrance so I can hop in and pop out without having to run through the mall if all I want is some Yoppi froyo!

I have been here since they opened. The shop is neat and clean. My kids love to come here and get yogurt ice cream.

Came here after dinner in the neighborhood — it is very clean and inconspicuous. Has the usual layout of a self serve yogurt place and there is a board where you can vote for next week’s flavors. Only two flavors sounded appetizing to me(strawberry tart and original tart). The flavors were very tasty but the consistency was a mix between icy, creamy, and almost slushie like? Its no Pinkberry for sure — but maybe I’m just spoiled because I grew up in LA eating Pinkberrry that other froyo places never surpass and only suffice. The cereal style self serve is kind of weird and you are prone to over serving yourself if you’re not careful. Overall, the flavors were good had potential but the yogurt did not have the right consistency. There aren’t any other yogurt places around the area so Yoppi does not have any competition in that sense.

Consistently inconsistent. Been here enough times to feel 2 stars is fair and not cheating anyone based on one tart, err, sour visit. Anywhere from all to less than half of the machines working at any given time. Yogurts varying from firm, frozen, creamy to drippy, liquid, grainy. On one evening there were barely any fresh chilled(fruit or brownie/cookie bits) toppings. Poor choice of topping dispensers leads to dirty, cross contaminated containers for the dry goods and the vertical«cereal» dispensers have been known to pour out in huge quantities. Rewards program will get you a pound of free yogurt after you’ve spent $ 50. Besides a lack of competition for DIY yogurt nearby, this spot really has nothing going for it.

When I look at frozen yogurt shops, there are a couple of things I look for: — how good is the original tart — varieties of other flavors — ability to physically choose your own toppings(I don’t know why, I just don’t like it when the employees dish out my toppings) — variety and quality of toppings Since moving the SF, Yoppi Yogurt is the #1 pick for frozen yogurt for me. Every shop has been clean, simple and the waittime to get your frozen yogurt and pay has always been quick! This place is a safe bet to satisfy your froyo craving!

The only comment I have about this Yoppi location is the rock hard mochi they had when I was there. Everything else about this place is standard, especially when compared to the other location on Fillmore. Once they get the mochi corrected, then I can come back and be comfortable.

This is a nice self serve yogurt shop with ample toppings to choose from. It has decently late hours. It’s kinda pricey, but most of the self service yogurt shops are, so it’s expected. It’s 45 cents/ounce, which adds up quickly. There are sample cups available for you to test out a few flavors before you fill up. The service is friendly too. Although, it’s a chain, it’s a franchise, so their frequent buyer card program is only for their location which is pretty ridiculous. I definitely don’t appreciate that.

I’d been to the Yoppi on Fillmore before and wasn’t super impressed. Their cake batter and salted caramel yogurts tasted like chemicals. So when there was a long line at Loving Cup I wasn’t enthusiastic about the idea of getting yogurt here instead. But I was happy I did. Their chocolate was creamy and sharp but not overly sweet. I blended in some blueberries and yogurt chips and it was a great balance of crunch and sweet. The guy there seemed nice enough as well. I’ll try this place again.

In my first review I was so tickled over one of the employees here. However he no longer works here and this has saddened me to the point of eating too much yellow cake batter froyo. I miss you Kevin, but I love you Yoppi.
