Dr. Chow & Dr. Ysaac have been my dentist and orthodontist since i was 14ish — 10+ years now? they are both WONDERFUL people, kind, patient, and they run a great practice. my brother has been going to them since he could start visiting a dentist, so i know first hand they are great with kids as well, and they hooked him up with some sort of mouth guard appliance thing so he just wore that growing up — and never needed braces
since ive gotten married, ive started making my husband go to them too :) and have referred them to co workers
between the two of them they speak tagalog and mandarin for those who are more comfortable in their native tongue, and a few times a year they go and do doctors without borders, helping kids fix their cleft palates! so awesome
i have a horrible time with needles, which is weird considering i have a tattoo. it only started happening in the last couple of years. and they anticipate my freak out, work with me and coddle me, totally shield me from any needles or incoming needles, come at me like a ninja, and help distract me from impeding injections. I’m 25. yep.

I go to Dr. Ysaac for orthodontic services. She takes her work very seriously and the way she analyzes my teeth and how it has shifted to how she wants it to be is almost like art to her. Everytime I see her she is always happy with the progress.
I totally agree with the previous reviews written. Dr. Ysaac always makes you feel comfortable, she tells you exactly what she is going to do, and she always have friendly conversations.
Amy her assistant is fantastic too! Very friendly and always calls to remind me of my upcoming appointment.

I’ve been going to Dr. Ysaac since ’95 and I’ll never use another dentist again if I can help it. She is the most gentle, considerate dentist I’ve ever had. Going to the dentist always makes me nervous even if I’m just getting a cleaning. But Dr. Ysaac makes every procedure easy, simple, and painless.
I also love how smart she is. She’s continually learning new, interesting things that she shares with her patients. And she’s a nice conversationalist.
Dr. Ysaac’s staff are all fun, sweet people.

I HATE the dentist, but I love Dr Ysaac!
I am a fearful dental patient because of bad past experiences… but no more! At first I was nervous that she didn’t use nitrous oxide, as it turns out I didn’t need it! She is very gentle and thorough and doesn’t make you feel like an idiot for being scared.
She uses some type of magical anesthesia that doesn’t make you drool on your self like Novocaine. When you leave the office you can function!
Everyone who works in the office is very friendly, too. I will go back and keep my teeth healthy!
