I normally don’t post rants like this, but I am extremely pissed off. I had a dentist appointment for 4:30pm. An hour later I asked the assistant how much longer it would be and she said about another half hour. I asked if I could leave and come back. She said she would call me ten minutes before the person before me was done. I end up coming back without her calling and find that no one is in the waiting room because everyone was seen before me, despite the fact that I had my appointment before anyone else.
I finally get seen at 6:30pm. The dentist does a terrible job. He uses this water pik tool and I have to shut my eyes tight because it’s spraying all over my face. It’s almost comical. Then the assistant opens the polishing paste and tells the dentist it’s all dried up. Of course he uses it anyway. He starts polishing all sloppy. I could have sworn he did it with his eyes closed. He’s getting polish all over my lips and on the sides of my mouth. I look like a child that indulged in handfuls of blue candy. It’s 6:39pm and the dentist says he’s done.
I HAVE NEVER WAITED OVER 2 HOURS FOR A TEETH CLEANING THAT LASTED ONLY 9 MINUTES!
Obviously there’s still plaque and no they did not floss.

the worst dentist in the country. he should be reported for unethical dentistry. been to many dentists in my day but never one as bad as him. extremely painful dentistry, both emotionally and physically.

Don’t do it…

This is my 2^nd review of this man. December 3^rd will be 2 months since he began extracting my teeth. He did complete the extractions and I did get my dentures. The dentures do not fit and 2 of my bottom teeth he did not pull he broke. They are now coming through my gums and I cannot put in the dentures even if they did fit. I will need oral surgery to get the broken teeth out. Because of this I have not been able to apply for jobs, it has impacted my finances, and taken a toll on my confidence in general. I look horrible with no teeth. I will now have to get an attorney to sue this guy and who knows how long that will take and how many thousands of dollars it will cost. Stay away from this guy! You will wait for hours after your appointment time to see him, he over books patients and if you are the last one seen as I have been look out!

I would not recommend this dental office. They do take denti-​cal but you are better off calling dentical to see a list of dentist that take denti-​cal (medi-​cal). My appointment was at 1:30pm and didn’t get seen until 2:50pm. The mid-​aged receptionist who is also the assistant didn’t have the courtesy to say that they were running behind. When i said that it would be nice to let the patients know she said «you can reschedule your appointment» REALLY, after waiting all that time. Then dr. Yusi came in did a visual exam and said that I had gingivitis just because he was pocking my gums hard and I said to him that it hurt.
Well I decided to go and get a second opinion with another dentist that takes the medical/​denti cal. He said if Dr. Yusi took x-​rays? No he didn’t. He just did a visual exam and pocked my gums. I’m not a dentist here but the new dentist I went to said that my gums are very healthy and that I have good hygiene. He said that my gums were «0 and 1» I guess that is a good reading. He assured me that I did not and do not have gingivitis.
Save you self a Headache and don’t go to this dentist just cuz he takes denti cal /​medical.
