Annie is a GENIUS! I’ve been a client for over 2 ½ years. She was recommended by my mom who has been seeing Annie for much longer. Wow! My skin hasn’t looked this good in 20 years. So many skin treatment options available, too! Love Love Love the results!!!

I really recommend you guys to come here. I’ve been here for 2 months already. It’s a short time, but my skin improves a lot, it’s a lot better now. The pimple treatment is really good and helpful. If you have concern about the acne and pimples, this is the right place for you.

Annie is very professional and experienced at what she does. She is yet by far the best beautician I have ever had. At first, I hesitated to ask for professional help because as a guy, I wasn’t really comfortable with talking about my skin problems. For a while, I was hoping that it would just go away by itself, but it never did and instead it got a lot worse. With her years of expertise on dealing with acne prone skins, Annie quickly comforted me and explained that having acnes is a common skin problem to girls and guys at all ages. She explained to me that I would see the results I sought for as long as I showed my dedication on the treatments. At that point, I had tried so many facial places and had tried all the facial products available in the market. I was desperate on getting rid of those acnes. So I listened and followed her instructions on receiving the treatments needed and using facial products recommended daily. My skin has gotten a lot better today and now I only have to go in once a month just for maintenance purposes.
In addition, Annie is also a great friend to talk to. She is very friendly and a great listener.
So all in all, if you are serious about getting better skin, whether to get clear skin or to get rid of some wrinkles, you should definitely come in and talk with Annie about possible treatment plans.

Annwu is sooooo awesome! They provide high quality and professional techniques. They are amazing at getting rid of those pimples! (even the tiny ones) Her prices also very reasonable with the whole experience and result at Annwu is priceless! Best facials! Very clean and take there time when doing your facial. Been getting facials here for the past 3 years and will not go elsewhere. They good quality products from France and Italy– called Olos and Dibi. Also, before your service one changes into a robe and each customer is given a locker. Service includes a long face and shoulder message. Not overcrowded which allows for a relaxing experience. By appointment only. Definitely a must go to for facial needs!

I’ve been here for acne & blackhead treatment for years and my skin gets much clear and clean… My skin type is sensitive so I was a little bit worried about the use of steam machine but it turned out perfectly OK… And Anne’s always friendly and professional about my skin condition… BTW… The place is small but very clean…
Update: I got permanent eyeliner (upper eyelid only) and it looks so natural. Annie did a great job and I love it!

I just got permanent makeup for my eyebrows and eyeliners. I always wanted to get them done but was worried if it got messed up it’d be so disastrous! My friend has been going to Annie for facial for a while and got her eyebrows done. After I saw what a wonderful job Annie has done on my friend I decided to give a try. I’m so glad I chose Annwu Skin care and I now look great even with no make up on! Annie took her time to design the best shape for me and I couldn’t have hoped for better! Her pricing is very reasonable as well and it includes one time color refill.

I found this place through the yellow pages back in 2010. At first, I was skeptical on how well they do facials. After the first time coming in and trying it, I haven’t switched estheticians ever since. Annie is the best esthetician I have ever tried. I came in for my acne problems. She is just so professional and knowledgeable at what she does, not to mention she’s one of the nicest person I have ever met. She’s always so mallow and calm. If you have any skin related problems, Annie is the expert you should see and this place is strongly recommended.

I’ve been coming to this place for facial over 4 years. Let be be more clear: I bought a 10 facial package 4 years ago, and then after 7 facials, life got really busy and I stopped going there and had forgot about the facial package I bought. When my skin took a turn and got a bit problematic this year, I thought about Annwu Skin Care, and was wondering if I can still use whatever was left in my facial package (coz it’s been so long).
When I walked in, Ann checked my file and didn’t even hesitate to tell me I have 3 facials left and told me I can come back for facial anytime I like. Even after 4 years, Annwu skin care is just as friendly, clean, and professional as always, and needless to say, my skin is back to normal and I will continue to put my skin in the trusty hands at Annwu Skin Care!

I’ve been coming here for years for facials. They are very nice and are not pushy about additional services. They take their time with the facial and the cleaning portion is very through. The facility is clean and nice. My friends just had their eyebrow permanently done here and all 3 are very happy with the shape that Ann created for them.

I got a great facial today, the best I have ever had. The place is neat, clean and cutely decorated. The locker room is also neat and you can put your personal belongings. The staff is super friendly and skillful, cleans every area in my face. They also helped me shave my eyebrow. They also do a little shoulder and arm massage, where most other places don’t. The owner annie has a cute baby face, which is pleasant. Highly recommend!

Annie is great. I like that they tell you about their services but are not pushy about it. It’s great to get freebies when you purchase their package deals; there’s usually something. And, they can usually accommodate my last minute inquiries for an appointment.

Time is of the essences and these long winded ladies waste too much time trying to schedule appointments and what not. I don’t have 20 minutes of time to talk on the phone with you — trying to schedule an appointment for two people. The stress outweighs the enjoyment here. I am not renewing my membership.

I purchased a 10 facial special and with currently 2 more sessions left, I can accurately access their service and effectiveness.
First off, they have great décor, everything looks clean, and they play relaxing music; however, I find that their technique and productive effective is mediocre at best. One plus about this place is that they give you a mini shoulder and arm massage (whereas other facial places don’t provide that service — maybe in Asia but not in LA)
I like the facial place at saijco better — lady’s name is Michelle.

Nice décor. There is a changing room and they provide you with a locker.
Equipment — It looks clean.
I wish the extractions were done less painfully. I hate it when the estheticians say «you have a lot of black heads». «Well…that’s why I come to you to get them out!!!». I really want to say that but they’ve got pointy objects poking at your face.
I wish they had the laser machine to zap your face to get rid of germs but they didn’t use it. They only used a facial mask too (the one’s you just slap on).
My face didn’t feel and look especially bright white and clear but I liked how my esthetician Ying shaped my eyebrows.
Declor — eye cream was used and it has a ginseng type of scent.
