Love this place. Maria and ginette are the best. They’re always friendly and go out of their way for you. I’ve moved to glendora now but try to stop by when I’m in the area. I miss my cheesecake.

I went through drive thru with my wife to get something to eat. The guy at drive thru sounded nervous but that’s ok maybe he was new, but my god they took like 20 mins just to make 2 burgers and to top things off we didn’t even get straws for our drinks. Horrible!

I love Carl’s Jr. But the drive thru girl sucked. Asked me what my drinks were 3 times in less then 2 minutes. I get it I ordered 6 meals but, only 2 packs of each condiment I asked for? Really just 2 packets of ketchup?

This rating isn’t about the food or interior, it’s solely for the lady who helped us out tonight. She was so friendly– unlike other fast food employees, and smiled and had a cheerful attitude. Keep in mind it was almost midnight, so not many people would be thrilled to be working. But she was awesome! We didn’t catch her name, but if you’re reading this, you know who you are! My gf also appreciates the hair compliment. :)

Please mind of the cooks and employees. They are great people. Please treat them as you would want to be treated. They are doing their best to give you what u want. Yes some make mistakes but who doesnt? They follow a procedure in making the food items. Everything is measured. Dont blame the employees or managers for the prices. Take care of the store as you would your own home.

Customer service was good. Ordered the mile high bacon egg and cheese Buscuit. My first bite was a mouthful of fat. There was so much of the bacon fat in this sandwhich it was so disgusting. I don’t understand how the cook can make a sandwhich knowing all those chunks of fat were in there.

Haven’t been to this Carl’s Jr. for a long time and still disappointed. Employee who make the burger still* did not wear gloves so it’ not sanitary. Imagine eating the burger with that image lingering. He then play with his phone right away after wrapping up the burgers so there’s no guarantee he did not touch the phone(which is dirtier than a toilet) prior to assembling the burgers. The cashier did not even say thank you after I ordered and thanked her. When asked for ketchup after giving me the bag of burgers, she just grab a few in her hands and dump it in and looked away with an «I don’t care» attitude. The behaviors of the employees there make the revisiting experience bad and for sure I wont be visiting Carl’s Jr. again. * the previous time I went there the employee(different guy) did not wear gloves.

Dine in area needs a major remodeling. Food was ok. Little bit pricey with all the competition in the area. I guess that’s why it’s always empty,

I ate at this Carl’s Jr./ Green Burrito in San Gabriel, CA on 6÷8÷2014. I’ve eaten there many times before. This time I used the drive thru and I ordered Green Burrito food. The Nachos were $ 4.69 while 5 Taquitos cost $ 5.19. Interestingly the Taquitos had no Guacamole but the Nachos did.

Tip: No left turn onto Marshall st When I was in high school this was the happiest place on earth for me. Especially after a varsity game. I would have given this 5 stars because it felt being rewarded just to have a famous star in my hand. Parents never believed in fast food. In college I would’ve given this 4 stars because your dollar goes a long way here while satisfying your taste bar. 2 famous stars for 2 bucks feeds a broke ash college student for what feels like forever. I jump for joy when I go to Carl’s 4 times a week. Now, I’m becoming a grumpy old man — i see a mess and I want to scream«clean it up kids!!» Parking lot is half empty on one side, half empty on the other and I think to myself… is this place safe? I wanted to check their kids meal toys and I saw that it was ripped up probably from some kid jacking it. My high school self would’ve been«dang i shoulda thought of that!». My college self would’ve been«that is hilarious!». My current self was like«let me double check my wallet is still with me.» Maybe Carl’s Jr. should give me 3 stars. I’m probably not their demographic anymore. Cranky people.

I love Carl’s Jr. but THISONE doesn’t do promotions meaning no 2 for $ 4 western bacon cheeseburgers!!! Husband and I were craving so we stopped by and were about to order until we saw the price of 2 western bacon cheeseburgers: $ 10 something!!! CRAZY! I give this place a 2 stars BC they serve no promotions ! Bam!

Closest Carl’s to me, but the worst idea ever. I went around 930pm and I ordered a burger with no onion or pickles and criss cut fries. Got my food fast and the cashier was really nice but when I opened my burger it had EVERYTHINGINTHERE. Including pickles and onions and half of my criss cut fried were French fries… And my burger meat was cold. Maybe I’ll just get chicken stars next time. Can’t go wrong with those.

I only come here cause of all the fast food joint this is the closest to my house. The service here is very quick and to the point. I’ve never really dined in here before So I can’t say.

The service here is really bad. I used to go here a lot and they had relatively quick service. Now they only have 2 people working the whole kitchen(it seems) and waiting time has increased. Food is just like any other Carls Jr. though. Average for a Carls Jr.

Is it possible for a burger to be made from the time you pay to the time you fill a medium drink? What is their motto? Deffinately not«we don’t make it ’til you order it». Did I say I love mayo? NO! …so y did my burger have a whole jar???

Because this is the nearest Carl’s Jr. to my pad, I unfortunately have no choice but to come over to this one. So my reason for the 2 star review is this: I needed a very quick bite to eat before work so my lil bro and I head on over to this Carl’s for the cheapest and most filling over sized burger, the Big Carl. We each ordered one along with some Monsters. My burger was made the way it was supposed to be however my bro’s was disgustingly and overly moist, and had a bad texture and taste. Once he took his first bite, he automatically knew something was off and said that he was about to throw up. When I got a look at it, it looked like the bun was watered down and rotten… I don’t know how exactly something like that happened so naturally we went to the counter, showed them the problem, and asked for a new one. Without hesitation, who I would assume to be the supervisor/manager gave us the burger without a fuss and we enjoyed the rest of our meal. I would’ve given this Carl’s a 1 for almost poisoning my kid brother but they didn’t argue with our request for a replacement so it went smooth. Like I said this is the most convenient Carl’s Jr. so regardless of this fact, you might be seeing a few more check-ins on my part.

I’m sorry, but I can’t in good faith write something as serious as what I’m about to write. I went last week and order some nachos and burgers. I was looking at the menu board when they made my nachos. But I started to watch the mexican lady make my burgers. She touched the whole burger with her bare hands. The rule for preparing ready to eat food is you can not touch without any gloves. She grabbed the bun, the meat, the lettuce, the bacon and the tomatoe with her bare hand. It’s one thing when your a manager and you don’t uphold regular standards but it’s even worse when employees see this and don’t say anything. That’s just bad.

Fast drive thru service on a rainy day. Had a cheap $ 1.00 «Big Hamburger» today for lunch and it was good, warm and filling. This is as good as it gets with fast food, other than In N’ Out of course. Much better than McDonald’s Dollar Menu items in any case. Plenty of parking in the large lot.
