I got my hair cut here a few times. This will be my go to place. Fanya is patient and she recommends specific style based on your hair type.

the lady here was extremely rude and rough with her hands and pushed my head around very forcefully. when I explained to her what I wanted with hair longer in the front and shorter in the back she told me «no» and she just did what ever the fuck she wanted with my hair and did the exact opposite. her cutting is also extremely choppy and there are chunks of uneven hair everywhere. also, she doesn’t speak English so good luck communicating with her if you only speak English. I have thick and curly hair even though I’m Chinese and she tried to cut my hair like normal straight Asian hair and kept commenting on how dry my hair was. She was also extremely uncooperative and wouldn’t listen to what I wanted at all and completely ignored my requests. Also, when she asked when I wanted my bangs cut shorter, I told her no and she kept insisting that I make it shorter and she made it shorter anyways .
It cost 18 $ for a dry cut (my hair is mid length). I am never coming back ever again. I personally feel so victimized and insulted and am very disappointed with how my hair came out. Hair is a very important aspect of a persons outer character for me and I am disgusted that she has the audacity to treat a customer with such little respect

Fanya is amazing!
My sis has been coming here for a while now after she discovered this place, so when we both needed haircuts this is where we went.
We made an appointment for 11:30am, and were promptly seated at that time. My sis went first while I took a nap on the couch (this place is very calm and quiet for a hair salon). When I woke up, my sister’s messy hair had been transformed into a very sleek and stylish cut!
Then it was my turn. Although my sister has thicker Chinese hair, I’m only half-​Chinese so my hair is somewhere between Western hair and Chinese hair. Fanya had no problems cutting my hair with the same finesse that she used on my sister’s hair!
Fanya first had me look at some images in magazines before cutting it. She made sure she understood EXACTLY what I wanted before cutting my hair.
Then, since I wanted to go from long hair to short hair, she cut off the tangled long bits before I washed my hair. This may seem a bit unconventional and feel scary at first, but Fanya knows what she’s doing!
After a wash, she began cutting the hair. She took a while doing so, but was very careful in making my hair even and thinning it out. She explained to me why she was doing things as she did it (like doing slight layers on the bottom so my hair will curve a certain way), which made me feel more comfortable.
After a very thorough trim and thinning to my hair, I was absolutely happy with my hair cut!
Both of our cuts only added up to about $ 50 too, which is amazingly cheap for such a clean cut!

I have been coming here every other week for 4 years and I introduced all my friends here and they all love it!
