This is possibly the WORST CPA firm in America.
One of the individual accountant, Ms. Wu demonstrates the least amount of professionalism. Not only does she insults the client, her attitude is utterly unbearable. My business partner and I describe her performance as unacceptable, unqualified. Their boss also foster this type of employee behavior, which makes this whole firm an unpleasant place to be.
Do NOT count on customer service, or professionalism if you choose to visit.
