Novotny’s Personal Property and Antique Appraisal Service

I contacted Mr. Novotny regarding help with liquidating our mother’s personal property, which consisted of fine furniture, Crystal and collections of Lladro, etc. time was of the essence due to an expedited escrow close date. He came out on a Thursday, appraised the contents of the house doing careful research on many items, advertised using his extensive network on Friday using photos he had taken, and On Saturday at 7am, we started the sale. By noon that same day, everything had been sold. Although he usually has more time to advertise, due to the many people who follow him, we were able to sell out in half a day and cancel the rest of Saturday and Sunday! One for the record books. I loved that mr. Novotny was so knowledgeable and calm, that he brought in the supplies and help needed so that an overwhelming task was handled so smoothly. Additionally, I was so impressed by his knowledge and expertise. I only wish our mother had been able to meet him and spend a day with him looking at her cherished treasures. She would have been delighted with his appreciation of beautiful things and the knowledge he would have shared with her. Without hesitation, we would recommend his services. He was fair, knowledgeable and the very definition of class.
