Dr West done deep cleaning for my husband and me, we both got serious infection after job was done. She did not wear mask, and gloves. We were self pay, and she charged interest after payment due, lost checks we sent to the office, forgot to deposited them, and kept charging more with interest.

Love Dr. West and Viola. .very accommodating. .they will make you feel comfortable. Very flexible and understanding :)

My dentist from birth until his retirement when I was about 50 was my uncle, who happened to be one of the best. I never had dental issues, none at all. My wife, previous to our marriage, had been cared for by Dr. West. When my uncle examined her, (and Dr. West’s work) he was very complimentary. So now we both go to Dr. West. I like her because she, like my uncle, is conservative in her approach and won’t drill just to make a little extra cash (which I have experience with, right after my uncle retired). Dr. West doesn’t employ a hygienist, so all the cleaning is done personally, by her. She has my hearty recommendation.

I love Dr. West! she made me feel very comfortable and made it easy for my to cope with my pain and agony of my tooth ache! The staff is very professional and very nice to all customers. I encourage everyone to see for your self next time you need a check up. I am a very satisfied customer and definitely recommend to all!

Was referred to Dr. West by a local periodontist for a crown on a chipped molar. Dr. W was at a local conference but called me back from the conference and made an appt for the following day which I later learned was her day off. I am maybe a dentists nightmare, small mouth, excessive bleed, excess saliva, teeth close together and this tooth was waay back. She saw me without an assistant at seven that am. Notwithstanding a full appointment book, she explained that «We try to accommodate our patients». Her work was professional, and the resulting crown is a perfect fit. Bilingual, small office, ample parking.

Just went to Dr. West for a cleaning and although everything Ken said was true, the pain in my tooth is gone. (it subsided on its own after 4 follow up visits, a discussion with the doctor about being charged for the follow up visits for pain on a tooth she worked on, and a year of eating on only 1 side of my mouth.) She did a thorough job cleaning and was very friendly as usual.

Well, update time:
I haven’t been to her office in several months, but I referred my sister who was looking for a new dentist. She had a filling her mouth that felt like it had fallen out, so she went to Dr. West to get it fixed.
The Dr. drilled the filling out, and replaced it, but left the filling material too high — my sister then complained about her bite being uncomfortable and the tooth being extra sensitive after the procedure.
Fast-​forward 2 weeks, and the pain is still there, so she schedules another appointment with the Dr. to have the filling fixed. It gets shaved down, but my sister’s tooth still hurts. Meanwhile the Dr. charges my sister’s insurance for the 2^nd office visit… a visit that was due to the Dr’s inability to do the procedure correctly the first time.
A couple weeks ago my sister scheduled a THIRD appointment to have the issue resolved and I haven’t followed up with her yet, but this type of service is completely unacceptable.
I don’t recommend this Dr. any longer and, personally, I’m going to look for a new dentist. It’s disappointing, as I’ve been going to this dentist for a while, but if I can’t trust her to take care of my sister properly, then what makes me think she would do a better job on me?
