This Studio has such a welcoming and dedicated yoga community. They’re supportive and devoted to expanding themselves as well as all who they come in contact with. Im proud to be a part of this establishment. Teaching here brings me so much joy. I’m grateful for the opportunity to share what I love YOGA! Husband and I decided to sign up for the Beginners Bliss and had our class last night. We both loved it! Place was so clean, everyone was so friendly. She really adjusted the workout to help us benefit from it the most. I can’t wait to go next week, I am even thinking of signing up for the Monday night classes as well.

Fun class and a great workout! Jamie is a great instructor, very upbeat. The studio is very boutique like with a lot of nice yoga apparel and other necessities for your full yoga experience! Must stop by and get a schedule of classes!
