Del Taco

I have eaten at many Del Tacos in the past. Most of these Del tacos give average service in general. I came into this particular Del Taco with a large group of people. It seemed like the store was super busy with the drive-​through and other orders in process. The person at the register Amy, was super helpful and professional. She was able to correctly process our orders effectively and in a timely manner. When I observe a young person that is doing a great job I like to give credit where credit is due. Good job Amy and when I pass through town in the future I sure hope you will be there to serve my family and I.

The cleanest del Taco I have been in. You really feel like the food is fresh. Great staff very friendly. Helpful and patient. Great safe to eat is the Hemet area. 10 stars to management and staff.

Super slow service don’t like it not coming back ., i was about 6min wating in line. ste lugar dan un servicio muy lento y tedioso por mi espera de 6minutos aparte no tienen bien la orden.

Tonight was the worst service my family and I have had here. We gave them our order and when they read it back to us it was right. Then when we got are food half of it was wrong or missing. When I said something they said I would have to pay the difference even though we had questioned the amount of the bill and was read the correct order back. It seems like they didn’t care. The person behind the counter kept making stupid mistakes. Several orders after ours were also incorrect. And these are the people that want $ 15hr.

Had the worst customer service me and my son ordered med iceteas changed or mind and pored yourself soda the shift manager yelled at us told us there was a difference in price told us to dump it out like it was coming out of his pocket however I paid the difference but I will never ever go back

Lately my wife and I have going pretty much every day to this Del Taco through their drive through for breakfast. It’s very convenient because we live close by. I have been ordering their breakfast burrito for 89 cents and I think it’s well worth it for the price since it’s tasty and plenty of food for me for breakfast. My wife orders three side orders of well done scrambled eggs for only 40 cents each egg. This is also a good deal; Jack in the Box charges 60 cents for each egg. By the way, my wife gives one of the eggs to our three dogs and they just love it! The employees whom we have dealt with have been very nice, always greeting us nicely. Sure, this isn’t gourmet food but it’s a Del Taco; not the Ritz! We plan on returning here regularly for our «to go» breakfast.

I love del taco and will always drive further to go to another one to avoid going here. On the rare occasions I decide to go my order is always messed up or missing something. If you order something basic I am sure they will get it if you order one item… but mess with them and add extra cheese or more than one item it seems like they are able not to handle it. Woha and god forbid you add a coupon the girl at the drive thru will have fear in her eyes.
Not worth it make the drive else where I beg of you there is nothing like driving home and you’ve got the person in front of yous order.
They argue over sauce packets … so you already know when your hungry the worst possible thing is to add arguing over the fact you want 4 inferno packets and not 3

Very slow service though all are working hard. Very much understaffed, poor poor management with four people on a Saturday night

Everytime i go here, the food i get is nasty and cold. It would be nice if i could get something made fresh. or at least kept hot enough to make me think it was fresh!

This is by far the worst Del taco I have ever eaten. every single time I eat here I hope it will be better then the last. but no… they never cook the beans right

They really know how team work works. ;) My co-​worker and I stopped in there and couldn’t help but notice the awesome team and how they all worked together. Kudos to the morning shift. :)

I can’t remember having a bad experience here.
The good: Katie is a super-​duper sweetheart. The night crew in general is an awesome team! They always have a smile and time to joke around with the customers while they work.
The tables are kept nice and clean– they’re not sticky!
The bad: The restaurant is kept icy cold. Remember to take a sweater or eat outside.
Overall: Happy with this del taco. The others in town are pretty meh compared to Katie and the gang.
(Wish they’d bring back the ancho sauce!)

Not bad… The drive thru can get a little slow at times and you get the occasional bum hanging around. The food is good.

Love Del Taco, they didn’t have it on the Bay when I used to lived there, in So Cal it’s all over. Can’t beat their 49 cents tacos and the Jalapeño rings is to died for.
