7-Eleven

My problem is with Mr. Singh who works at this 7 – 11. I have complained to both the district manager and the manager of that franchise, but nothing ever happens. My numerous complaints about Mr. Singh are as follows: If he is using his cellphone, he will not stop to help waiting customers. I am expected to wait for him, when it should be the other way around. This has happened to me at least 10 times! Today was the final straw, I just walked out without waiting for him. Other complaints about Mr. Singh: He is disgusting. The other day he went wild scratching his armpits before handling my purchases. On an other day, he licks his thumb before handing lottery tickets to the customer. More disgust.

At least at this 7 Eleven in big yellow letters it says September 3^rd to 15^th 50 cent coffee to celebrate 50 years. Good deal right? Apparently it isn’t the 3^rd according to the manager of the store. When the coffee rang up full price, my boyfriend was told it wasn’t the 3^rd today. Hm… odd because my calendar, phone and local news channels all say it’s the 3^rd. We bought it anyways because it was only a $ 1.45. I’d give 1 star but the guy wasn’t rude so there’s your extra star. What makes this actually kinda funny is that this was around 330pm! How can you go the whole day saying this to other customers and not know? I understand it being early and making the mistake but in the evening? Come on! Don’t have a sign up with SPECIFIC dates on promotions if you don’t know what day it is.

This 7 – 11 is very complete. Has all sort of drinks. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Every time I drive by here I know this place is the most complete and has fresh products.
