I should have read Unilocal reviews. The bouquet I ordered, Enchanted Garden, looked NOTHING like the picture. I ordered the bouquet for a friend’s special birthday and I am so embarrassed. I’m posting the online photo and the actual bouquet for you to judge.

My mother recently passed. We chose Alum Rock Florist primarily due to having previously known the former owner and their excellent work and reputation. The initial contact went smoothly. I called back to inquire about banners and was informed they were free, in fact when I asked for the totals (3 arrangements purchased) no charge was indicated. Then the final bill receipt, which I had to ask for several times, had the banner cost added. Be truthful with your customers! Sadly, this was not the incident with Alum Rock Florist that prompted this very negative review. When the spray arrived it was totally unacceptable. Many of the flowers were brown, limp and frankly not what we expected. I immediately called and was told to «take pictures» and that a refund would be given. This occurred while I was attempting to prep for my mom’s Memorial and care for my father. I took pictures but before I could send them I received a call stating someone was being sent out to «freshen» the spray. I called 4 days later regarding the refund and bill. They reneged on the offer. I stated I was posting on Unilocal and contacting The Better Business Bureau. One of the workers stated «what can we due to avoid you bashing us» and offered a $ 25 refund but I think there’s more value in alerting and warning other customers of Alum Rock Florist practices and poor customer service and satisfaction. Please beware.

I ordered prom flowers from these guys and the flowers looked NOTHING like the pics and the ribbon color was wrong. Overpriced too.
