The best authentic mexican food in san jose been going there for the past few months with my coworkers and everytime we go food is always good and the staff there always friendly they make you feel like home I recommend everyone to go try this place out and i garantee u won’t regreat you first visit (rate 1TO10 I say 10.5)

Good stuff. 2.50 tacos, but with lots of good meat and handmade tortilla. Put your own rounds in obliging tasty relish and good green salsa in chiller. They gave everyone a small bowl of soup. Coming back tomorrow and Thursday.
4 meats. Asada, Pastor, Pollo, Chorizo.

They are very polite and on top of things and your orders. Verry nice people. Loved this place! I brought my 1year old and they were very attentive to see what he was going to eat, they offered a lot of things they can make even offered to make him smashed veggies with shredded chicken.

The service here tops five-​star restaurants. The staff is not only friendly, but attentive – not to mention this is a taco truck! They do have several tables though if you opt to dine in.
Los Tres Poblanitos has all sorts of traditional Mexican dishes and they even serve breakfast items (they open at 8:00 am) but what makes this place special is the Oaxacan dishes. My father was born in Oaxaca and according to him, this is as good as it gets. Food is tasty and portions are large.

This could possibly ruin me for all other Mexican food! The food is flavorful instead of just spicy like some restaurants do. During this visit, I tried the pollo, the asada and the El Pastor. All of which were fabulous, but the El Pastor was revolutionary for this white girl.
Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. The price was fair but be warned they are cash only. (Market across the street has an atm.)
I don’t have a reason to not come here every time I crave Mexican from now on!

This is my favorite taco truck! I loveeee tacos and Antojitos is one of the best I’ve ever tried. They load up your taco with steak and chicken and put grilled onions and a grilled whole jalapeño! Then you can add more toppings if you want. You can also choose not to have any of those toppings as well. Beware…

They have a wide variety of food and serve breakfast with even more choices!
And FREE soup! =)
Definitely try this cheap place out! =)

First time trying this place and OMG… The BEST. Awesome customer service and the food was delicious. Most defenitly we shall return. It’s authentic and the homemade tortillas so freaking good. 5 stars in my book

This is the best taco stand that I have ever encountered. I have had tacos from all over California even from the back roads of Fresno County and none can compare to this taco trailer. The tacos are perfect size, hand made taco tortillas and all you can stand salsa and cilantro. They give you a free cup of soup with your taco too. The meat is not fatty (beef), and the taco has a light toasted taste to it. The salsa is fresh made and can not be bought from a jar. You can have grilled jalapeño or fresh jalapeño. They give you grilled onions and can add raw onions. There is a cabbage salsa that is to die for… I haven’t had better anywhere and this place has ruined it for me. Now I cant eat tacos without being disappointed anywhere else. (PS once I did go and it was late in the evening and they used bagged tortillas cause they ran out of the home made tortillas. Go early for lunch.)

if i could give 10 stars i would. its almost impossible to find REAL authentic Mexican food in San Jose. I’m so sick of the typical tacos & burritos that don’t even come close to how its made in Mexico. this place has EVERYTHING on point. from the aguas frescas to the sopita fria to the main entrees & the ambiance. they have food from Puebla & Oaxaca & idk what else lol. i had the semitas & tlayudas. OMG it was like i was in Mexico. the people working are so humble & attentive, its a refreshing break from uptight Americanized big «Tex-​mex» restaurants. A variety of salsas on a salsa bar

a cool stand that has a permanent area behind it. They have food from Puebla, Oaxaca, El Salvador, amongst other areas. Hard to find dishes like cemitas, tlayuda plus pupusas. The tlayuda was rather large and had a crisped tortilla with avocado, lettuce, tomato, steak, Oaxaca cheese, cotija and a thin layer of frijoles. Theyve got an outside area but there inside is decent too containing all the utensils, salsas, and other sides. Folks are super nice and chatted with us a bit. The food is unique enough where i think it maybe worth seeking out
