Hello!
Mel and his staff were extremely attentive for our skylight/​roof repair. We always received a call back in a timely manner and showed they up when promised. The job was done on time as agreed upon. We would not hesitate to recommend their services to family and friends.

Called Mel to set an appointment the next day at 10:00 AM for anew roof estimate, 10:15 AM no Mel. I called him to remind him we had an appointment, and he tells me he forgot, his ankle was broken, and he aggravated his foot, and he was sorry. Extremely unprofessional, a total flake, furthermore his license has been suspended by the state licensing board.

After reading the review from jeff n. I was extremely concerned. As the owner of Apache Roofing Co. any bad review is worth investigating. After I searched the files for the original invoice for the repair, (2 Nov 08, Invoice # RPO80196), I found that in FACT jeff n. was charged only $ 125.00. Funny, he claims he was invoiced $ 300.00. I am extremely sorry I couldn’t make jeff n. happy with my services. I wish he would have given me a clue as to how he felt. I apoligize to jeff n. for making him feel as if I didn’t care about his roofing needs. Believe it or not this is the only negitive review I have ever received. Again, I wish I would have communicated with this gentleman better. Sometimes some roof leaks are a little harder to fix than others. If you like jeff n. contact me and I will gladly refund your $ 125.00 charge.
