Went there for an early dinner. First we we told to wait for five minutes with empty tables everywhere. We were seated without place settings(no big deal). We ordered dinner with two iced teas. We got our meals and drinks. Then the problem starts. There table top ordering system asked if we wanted a refill which I requested. 20 minutes later, no refill. I then stopped one of the servers to request a refill. 15 minutes later no one ever came to our table. A server finally arrived asking if everything was ok. I told her the service sucked! The couple next to use had the same experience and couldn’t even get a manager. The manager finally arrived at out table to see if there was anything the he could do. This was by fare the worst service I have seen. We will not be going back.

I wish I could give it zero stars. It’s been about two years since I have been back and this is definitely my last time here. Ordered full rack of rib with fries. The fries were only slightly lukewarm. The ribs had cold spots inside like they just came out of the refrigerator. The plate was hot though. The server, Miranda H. was great. She took the crappy meal away and reordered it. This time it came like it should have the first time. Then I ate some of the fries and found so much salt that I couldnt eat those either. The server asked the manager to come to talk with us. She never came over. She did look in my direction, but not once did she make the effort to come talk about the meal. Yep, tonight was my last AppleBee’s night.

There are never any surprises at Applebee’s, and that’s not a bad thing. I had planned to try something small and local when I was in Saratoga to attend a meeting, however, it took longer to get there and a large diet coke encouraged me to stop someplace as soon as I exited the freeway. I ordered two of my favorite Applebee’s menu items. I started with the onion soup. I think they do and excellent version of this soup, the broth is rich and there are not too many onions. The grilled chicken wantons are stuffed with spicy chicken slaw and cilantro. I could not finish them and took some home. It was with a heavy heart that I let S have them and not eat them myself. I sipped on a house margarita and decided the next time I came to this area I would leave earlier and try one of the non-chain restaurants.

Yesterday I went to this Applebee’s because I don’t like the curtner one(closest one to me). Same problem with this one now! Waitress was nice, but the bartender came to bring my drink and I had order the wrong because me and the waitress misunderstood each other, no big deal! Well the bartender brings my drink and I tell her and she gives me a look like«are you serious» Like it was a big problem for her to change it! Has an attitude the whole time and even when she brought me my right drink. I had asked the manger for ranch and bbq, never showed up! Bad service! What’s happening with Applebee’s! Used to be my favorite restaurant!

Cold bad food. I feel sorry for the servers. Hard to make tips when everything is this bad. Now we are waiting for the manager to take care of the bill. If there was a way to give negative stars, I would just be trying to add them up.

***0STARS*** AND for some reason I found myself here again AND it has gotten even worse than before. Came here on a Tuesday night for dinner. My dad came early to grab us a table and the 2 hostesses(for some reason) decide not to write his name down. I come in later and we wait a bit. and then we watch as another group of 2 come in, wait 5 minutes, and GETSEATEDBEFOREUS. Okay, I knew something was wrong with that. Funny enough, one of the hostesses was about to sit another group(that also came in after us) when my dad went up to her and complained. This stalled the seating process for us AND the other party. Both parties ended up waiting for another 10 minutes before we both got seated at the same time. Definitely not a good start here… We sat down and ordered drinks. I ordered a strawberry quencher and my dad ordered water. 20 minutes later… still no drinks to be found. Our server comes to our table and tells us she is going on break and that this other guy is gonna take care of us. He brings me a coffee because apparently he misheard our original server. Wow, poor communication, and it took us 20 minutes to get our drinks. How hard is it to pour water into a cup and serve it? Continuing this terrifying experience, my dad ordered a full rack of ribs and I ordered the crispy brewhouse chicken. MYDAD’S RIBSWERECOLDWHENHEGOTTHEM. are you kidding me?! they obviously didn’t microwave that enough(haha) My brewhouse chicken did not taste right. The chicken seemed improperly thawed or something because it was very… chunky. The skin easily came off. It was odd. Basically, the food sucked. How do you serve ribs COLD?! TL;DR don’t come here. ever. even if you are starving. because service is terrible and so is the food.

I ate with my parents tonight at Applebee’s. My food, a burger, was just the best. The side salad was fresh. Our waitress, Martina, was attentive, accurate, available, and courteous. We had a great meal and I look forward to returning.

Table was sticky and still had food and sauce all over the place. My shrimp were gray in color and smell the little fishy too. After cutting into my steak it was also gray and had no flavor. Won’t be going back to this place. We should’ve ate at McDonald’s instead.

Horrible customer service from 2 servers. Manager was great! He listened to me and addressed our complaints professionally. Jared, our server rarely visited our table so we were left«hanging» when our orders came out wrong. He never once checked on us after our food arrived. My daiquiri was over blended to the point where it was no longer frozen, it was completely liquid, when it arrived to me! What a joke. Ordered the clubhouse grille. The best thing on the plate was the French fries. It tasted funny and was delivered looking like someone didn’t care when they plated it. Took one bite and then didn’t touch it again. The cheese sticks arrived cold, sauce was all over the outside of the cup. Waited 10 min for ranch to arrive from server. We ordered a steak with the shrimp, sides of mashed potatoes and broccoli. The steak was terrible. We didn’t eat it. Never received the A1 sauce we requested. To top off the evening, after the manager comped our meal(we paid for the 2 drinks), our server still never came back! Instead he had another server(a black man– didn’t catch his name) peer over us as we wrote out the tip we thought our server deserved. Once we closed the check cover, that server grabbed it and took off running to our server Jared. So unprofessional! I have never felt so unwanted/unwelcome etc. after that, I said that’s it, and stormed out of the restaurant. How dare these 2 servers! I hope management sees this complaint.

Service was great and food is exactly what one comes to Applebee’s for but WARNING: The Bourbon and Berries drink literally tastes like cough syrup. The churro s’mores is AMAZING and a very unique dessert. Yum!

I haven’t eaten at Applebee’s in over 3 years but wanted to try out their new burgers with unlimited fries or chips. We ordered the pick your own appetizers, two for $ 10. I ordered the Brunch burger with fries after learning that their chips was just potato chips. The pick your own appetizers was a rip-off. We received 4 small pieces of chicken quesadillas and a small plate of pulled pork nachos. They couldn’t make the nachos any smaller than what it already was. The nachos mainly consisted of queso cheese, lettuce, jalapenos, and some pulled pork(decent amount for the small plate). The Brunch burger was as good as I expected it to be with a perfect sunny side up egg on top. Fries was just standard. Applebee’s trying to copy Red Robin with their bottomless fries offering, except they can’t execute it properly when it comes to service. At RR your waiter will ask if you want more fries. At Applebee’s you’ll have to flag down your waiter to ask. Our waiter basically dropped off our bill fast, ending any chance we had for wanting more fries. The endless fries concept is a fail.

It’s been about a year since I last ate at Applebee’s so I recently decided to give it another shot, nothing has really changed. I went to dinner here with a group of four. The hostess greeted us immediately as we walked in and led us to our table which of course was right by a family who had very loud children. Our waitress was great, very kind woman. I could tell she was stressed though, it seemed like they were understaffed for the night or something. We ordered our drinks first which came quickly, then a few minutes later she came back to take our food order. I ordered the chicken tenders with fries and a salad. This is where things go south for the most part. Half an hour passes by and there is still no word of our food being ready at all. Another few minutes pass and I ask the waitress if she knows when the food would be ready. Again she was very kind and went to check on it for us, I don’t blame this waitress at all for the crappy service; she was just doing her job. Couple more minutes pass and she comes back to let us know that they accidentally gave one of our orders to someone else and had to remake it. At this point I’m thinking to myself that eating here was already a bad idea, but what can you do… mistakes happen. Onto the food itself. The chicken tenders I ordered were so incredibly salty and bland that I could barely finish them. They had no other taste at all aside from salt and the dipping sauce it came with. The fires weren’t any better. Bland as well, not even crunchy in the slightest. My salad was fine, it was actually quite good, but the rest of my meal I did not enjoy very much at all. Very much a below average restaurant chain in my opinion. My advice: do a quick Unilocal search and you’ll find a ton of similar restaurants in the area that are all around better than Applebee’s.

I know Unilocalers like to rag on ‘90s chains, but FFS this Applebee’s gives you everything you need. Erlinda at the bar does an amazing job and put up with my indecision of which free refills of fries I wanted with my food. (And as if the parking lot could not get any more ‘90s, they opened a Lyon’s next door. And that’s worth a trip, too, but if you want a good Applebee’s, this is the one. And, yes, it used to be a Denny’s, again in the ‘90s. On a scale of 1 to 100, I give this place … a 90.

I love this place… I don’t even know why either. There’s something about being a 20-something and going to the most depressing place you can think of to play some shitty bingo or trivia. The food is fine, the drinks are normal. Nothing bad to everyday about either of those two things. Service is even pretty good, everyone seems happy and looks like they are having fun. I come here pretty often. They do happy hours and stuff and if you go with a few people it can actually be pretty fun. The bar tenders are wonderful too.

Came here on Friday night during happy hour and the service was… Terrible? I mean the server was nice, he was apologizing for the wait but holy wait. Waited so long for the food, even the drinks. How could I blame them though? Happy hour on Friday night so it made sense. I hate when restaurant brings out the appetizer with you main course… Anyways the buffalo wings there are a must! The spinach and artichoke dip was pretty good and so was there French onion soup. I have always enjoyed apple bees French onion soup since I was a kid. I also ordered the chicken penne pasta and it was soooooo bland. It had no flavor, literally no flavor. Not sure if it was just that night but it didn’t even taste like anything but the pasta. I’ll always enjoy their appetizers though.

Came here with my hubby around 2:30pm today(3÷1÷15) hoping to be seated at the bar; but it was full so we were seated at one of the tall tables by the bar. About three minutes later, a server came by asking what I would like to drink; I asked for Guinness and she said she doesn’t know what that is — I told her it’s beer, she just gave me a confused look. So we left. Really? You work at the bar area and don’t know what Guinness is?! I think they should at least study the brands that are well known before working at the bar.

It’s a cool place to go to for happy hour after work. Cheap, decent drinks and appetizers. Most importantly, they have mozzarella sticks!

I usually come here to catch a game or to just grab a snack and a few pints with some friends, especially on Sunday! Their happy hour here is fantastic! The beer selection here isn’t all that amazing, however, it does still have some beers on tap. They do rotate their beers, so I do recommend you come in and check that out atleast. Their appetizers are pretty good, and I do recommend you try them during happy hour! I like the mozarella sticks, even though they aren’t handmade, they are still tasty. I have yet to try their actual food here, but I may sometime in the future. Overall; the service here has actually been really good here. Seating however during a major game, or happy hour can be an issue. Good price for good food and drinks
