First things first: The location at 682 Auzerais Ave is closed! For detailing, go to the place in Silver Creek, on 5460 Country Club Pkwy, it’s only ten minutes away.
While I never met the owner, Fernando, this guy is amazing. I found his personal cell phone number from another review and called him. Even though it was after closing time, he answered all my questions and even texted me the address for the location.
When I went, maybe I got lucky, but I didn’t have to wait at all, and right away 3 or 4 guys started working on detailing my car, a filthy 05 Subaru. Before two hours passed, my car was done, and looking flawless. They cleaned the interior and exterior, and also removed some old stickers and stains after I asked them to. In the end, the price was also lower than everywhere else.
All in all, this place is great, the work is great, everything is great. Come here next time you want to get your car detailed.

This place is amazing. I took my car in to get the exterior detailed and was amazed at the results. They were able to salvage what sheen i had left and made my paint job look 10 years younger.
The only downside to this is that I left my car with 203 miles on the trip gauge and about ¼ tank of gas. When I came back, my trip monitor had been reset and I was down to almost an empty tank.

This is going to be a review about the detailing. I absolutely am blown away by how amazing my car looks. I forgot to take a picture of my car, but its covered in dust due to the weather and no parking garage.
First off, the car is my daily driver so it definitely takes abuse from the elements. It had your average dirt, dust, bit of mud, and the grotesque swirls. I called in for an appointment that day, and they had a spot for me and I was told I could walk around to find something to eat or grab some coffee across the street. Customer service alone deserves a 5. I can tell they genuinely care about how they treat their customers and satisfaction is important!
Left the car for about an hour or and came back to my car looking like when I first purchased it from the dealership if not better. Keep in mind, this is with their lowest package. Swirls were 95% gone and you could only see them if you were within physical reach of the vehicle.
Other places that have charged me $ 100 – 200, which will remain nameless. This place puts them to shame to tell you what kind of experience I had with them.
Highly recommend this place and I will be heading back here from now on for all my future detailing endeavours.

New to town so used Unilocal to find a good place to get my car cleaned up and found this place. After driving across the country the car was in bad shape with a wide array of bug guts splattered all across the front. Arthur was great, he did try to up sell me on services but I don’t blame him, he’s a businessman an he wasn’t too pushy. Seemed like a genuinely nice guy. Prices were fair and he did an exceptional job on the car, looks like new again! Very happy with their service. My only negative, their place was hard to spot. It’s a small yellow garage stuck between two other auto service type places and no signage that was easy to see. If you can find the place it’s definitely 5 star. I will go again the next time I need a detail.

I normally do my own detailing on all my cars due to the prices being so expensive for half assed jobs. You won’t find none of that nonsense here. I can’t thank Fernando and his detailer for saving the paint on my 1 month old camry. I usually hand wax my cars but last week I decided to rush the job and used a power drill attachment to buff my car and I ended up putting swirl marks all over my new car, boy did I feel stupid. Luckily I was able to find Auto Image on Unilocal and liked the reviews he had so I decided to give him a shot.
The price he gave me for the work that was done was way less than anywhere else had quoted me. Fernando was so professional, something that is rare now a days in the car business. The service and quality were exceptional, Fernando even gave me tips on how to properly maintain my cars paint. Again, I cannot stress enough how great my car and I were treated. This detail shop is the only place I can sincerely say that has great customer service and does an amazing job on your car. If I ever need help with any of my cars’ paint, I know exactly where to go. Thank You Fernando!

There’s a lot to be said about a small, family owned business that has been running as long as these guys. Seriously amazing customer service, great work, an always positive experience and a place you’d be happy to make your «regular» stop.
Came in to clean the interior of my girlfriend’s recently purchased 2005 Jetta GL that was never kept up with cleaning, but cheap!
Called in, gave a small description and was given a set price of $ 120, pretty cheap and it even included them staying open until 7pm to get it done the same day because they would have been at another location the following day, already that’s a BIG plus! After the job was done, Fernando even gave my girlfriend some solid advice to keep the car nice, kept up and even what products to use on our budget! No upselling, solid and honest advise ALL with a smile on his face after having worked on the pretty filthy car (which ended up like new!) after the shop was closed? Oh yeah, this place is a gem.
The price compared to the amount of cleaning, work and customer service was pretty unmatched, but BE CAREFUL WITH THE DRIVING DIRECTIONS. Yes they do need a sign outside to let you know where it is, but a little calling ahead and asking the right questions will clear that up.
Planning on bringing both of my cars here elusively for the wonderful experience we had, and definitely letting others know about this place.

Awesome service. I had a large patch of messed up paint after trying to fix some rock chips by myself. I called them and they were really nice and helpful. I brought the car in and they fixed it right away in 45 minutes while I waited. The car looks back to normal! I am very impressed with their business and service.

This review is a little over due. I went to Auto Image a few months ago for my 2005 Yamaha R6. I wrecked it last September and needed some paint done on the tank. I had originally had a friend start it. It was blue. Then he sanded it, primed it and I thought everything was good. Then I brought it into Auto Image and the owner Fernando told me that he used the wrong primer and that it wouldn’t bond well with the paint that my friend had me buy. So Fernando, being the great guy that he is, helped me out and painted my tank for a very good cost. I called multiple places before coming here and it was well worth the money. It’s been a couple months and the paint is still in excellent condition. It’s a little hard to find. Google Maps has it placed way down the street but it is well worth what ever money you spend. Fernando treats his customers with the greatest customer service. It’s safe to say that I will always have body work done with Auto Image as long as Fernando and his brother are there.

I had a Concours outside service for my 2006 Lexus LS430 black color car .
My cay looks OK, but I hate swirl mark with sun light in daytime, I got from automatic wash 2 months ago.
I dropped my car at 9:00 AM, and they did «drive & pick up «service for Concours service.
I got pick up service at 4:30, and the service was almost done.
There are still some small paint chips here and there, but all the swirl marks were gone with polishing.
And my car become shiny with wax .
Amazing customer service.

I came in for the ultimate express auto detail. Fernando helped me out. He explained what they did and he recommended that I get my seats and panels scrubbed as well for an extra 40 bucks. Not sure if he just always up sells people, but it seems that way after reading a couple of reviews. Anyways he does a great job explaining what each service does and lets you make the decision and it made sense for me since my car was freaking filthy. I have a lot of jerk friends that dont exactly treat my car with the greatest of respect, so i needed a pretty good cleaning. My car is a light color on the inside so it had a lot of black marks, scuffs, stains and it started to smell. so i drop off my car at come back after 3 hours and it was done on time like he said.
I was very happy with the service as my car was super clean. every crevice was super clean, especially the hard to reach places. the black stains in my carper were gone. It seemed like a totally different car and my dirty ass seats were definitely a couple shades lighter. He also fixed this panel on the side of the passenger seat that adjusts the seat as one of my jerk drunk friends must have stepped on it and broke it. Of course none of my friends honed up to it so i left it as is as bad stuff tends to happens after 11pm if you know what i mean. I didnt ask fernando to fix it, but he checked it out during the detailed and found out he could fix it, so he did. pretty much went beyond the call of duty which i was really grateful for. Overall he did an amazing job and had even better customer service, it was definitely worth it for my filthy car and had it feeling cream on the inside, clean on the outside.

Quality folks right here. Probably could use a big sign for their building to just stand out a little more (almost drove by them twice, whilst looking for them), but otherwise my experience couldn’t have been better.
Amazing customer service, fantastic auto detailing (they really put the focus on detail: Every nook and cranny was clean!). I came because of an amazing deal through Signpost, but I will come back again and again because they’re worth every penny. Thorough, honest, and genuinely interested in the driver as well as the car.
Even the up-​sell process was pleasant, which– while expected– is normally a huge waste of time. And appreciated! Fernando brought to my attention something I had over looked (my engine bay). It was really dirty! Because I am trying to sell the car, thanks to his suggestion this is a positive improvement. I really think I will get my money back. I mean $ 35 for an engine steam clean, that’s a bargain anyway!
The time estimate was extremely accurate. It could have taken 3 hours, but he was going to try to get it done in 2 since I was walking around, waiting. He said he’d call at 3:00pm. Being bored, I wandered back at 3:00 to find my car outside, just about done (drying). They were posed and ready to call me.
He walked through the improvements with me, showed me what was done, cautioned me about the still damp carpets, and apologized for a badge that had flown off during the pressure wash. They’d put it on upside down accidentally, but we were able to flip it and re-​secure it with ease. Laughed it off and said it’d be good as new after a while.
I sincerely appreciate every aspect of this excellent experience and will return soon.

Everything you’ve heard is true.
I needed to get my car’s interior detailed to FINALLY get out all the smoke odor and residue that’s been building up for the past however many years. (Big ups to fresh aired cars).
Spoke at length with Fernando about what I could do if I desired, though I dont think he did my car, but the staff are way more than capable. As a good business owner, he brought me through the options (just interior, interior + wash, interior + mini detail exterior, full package), but never pressured into one package or another. Even made a custom package since I cared more about the interior than exterior (though I did end up having that done also).
All in all, my 2004 Mazda hasnt looked like this since I used to spend all day doing this myself in my mom’s driveway.
And if you’re anything like me, take as many pictures of it as you can the day you pick it up, cuz black cars only stay that crisp for all of 10 minutes during the pollen-​y summer:

Even though I’ve had some good experiences with various businesses and services that I’ve used, I’m not one to write reviews. It’s just not my style and I really don’t have the time. As far as I was concerned all businesses are just about the same «bad, Ok, or good.» When I saw all of the 5 star ratings of Auto Image, I said,“used horse oats,” no way can any body be that good, however let me just call and see what happens.
Well, I was right! They aren’t that good… their better. They exceeded my expectation on every level and in every way. The cost was reasonable, the work impeccable and their customer service was as good as it gets. I’m only giving them 5 stars because I can’t give them 10.
I have no reason to B.S. you.
The guys at Auto Image are just that good.

Bottom line if you need a wash, full detail, or your car needs body work. They should be your go to guys. If your insurance or someone else’s is paying for it then use Auto Image as your preferred vendor!

I love my car Loredda. I’ve had her for one year now and unfortunately we’ve had a rough start. I brought her in for a detail & wax and we talked about the recent scratches that magically appeared and he gave me a very reasonable price quote on the work that needed to be done. After appropriate research, I am relieved to have found someone who is reasonably priced with excellent attention to detail. I feel confident having Auto Image paint my car and look forward to doing business with them again.
UPDATE: I took my car in for the paint job on my bumper & rear quarter panel. I loved the customer service and felt comfortable leaving my car in the hands of a professional. I got my car back one week later and it looks like I just drove off the showroom floor from the dealership! I’m so pleased with the perfect paint job, the blend and the stellar customer service. Save yourself the hassel and look no further than Auto Image for all your vehicle make-​overs!

Apparently, Auto Image just moved down the street to this new location and getting my appointment set up was a bit confusing — but it worked out fine with Fernando taking my car at the time originally scheduled and finishing in record time even though someone else had taken my slot. I had the Ultimate Express detail done, as I am trying to maintain my dual-​purpose car for chauffeuring my pack of 4-​legged kids all over the Bay Area while keeping my 2-​legged passengers as fur-​free as possible. It is downright embarrassing to have to tell well-​dressed colleagues or clients that they — uh – have a gigantic furball on their — um – tush.
Back to Auto Image: nice job with cleaning out most of the dog hair and getting everything else shiny and sparkling. It looks pretty much as good as new, which is how I got it just a year ago. BTW, Fernando is such an easy-​going, caring person. He obviously runs his business (es) with integrity. Thank you, Fernando and crew! Hopefully, I won’t ever need bodywork done, but I’ll be back for more detailing! To everyone else: Support Local!

I’ve done business with Fernando the owner a couple of times and will continue to for any of my car/​motorcycle/​tank/​big rig/​harrier jet detail and body work needs. Ok, maybe I don’t have a big rig yet, but you get the idea. I’ll post some pics when they take my bike in for paint. So its friday morning and i had only 2 hours of sleep due to crazy partying the night before and manage to wake for my appointment at 9am-​ish. After coming back from a 3 week vacation, my car was dirtmaster3000 with a bunch of scratches and swirls and dull looking paint. I ask for the Level 1 detailed but soon after switched to the Level 2 due to this great sales pitch… JUST KIDDING! Fernando can’t be any more honest and you gotta believe him, anything he suggest is NOT a sales pitch and is truly beneficial, he knows whats best. After dropping it off, he offered a ride home and i couldnt turn it down since i wanted to get some sleep in.
When i came back to pick up the car, he had another customer waiting in the office but took his time to explain and show me around my car. excellent customer service if you ask me. He himself, inspected the car thoroughly for any last remaining things to wipe down. You can call him a perfectionist, and thats definitely not a bad thing. Thanks auto image, ill be seeing yall for a 6 month renewal! and maybe a sickkk paintjob like the dodge magnum in a matte silver, probably the only car with that paint color.
