Bob has been our mechanic for over 10 years, since he had his shop around Saratoga Ave. During this time, he has taken excellent care of all our cars, including my 1999 M3. I used to go to the dealer to service it, but after meeting Bob, I have entrusted him with my best toy, and it still turns heads on the street.
Bob is an extremely knowledgeable and competent mechanic, honest in his dealings and as the previous reviewer said, quite forthcoming when he is unable to fix something when it is out of his expertise or available equipment. I always refer my friends to Bob’s shop, and all of them have been extremely satisfied with his work.
The only thing that I would recommend is to call his shop before dropping your car, as he sometimes has to open his shop late due to family commitments. Nevertheless, this has never has caused me any delays in repairs or service.

I have been coming to Bob since 2002 when he was the tech at my local Arco. He has always been thorough and honest. I never once felt like I spent too much or was getting charged for something I didn’t need. He has always been willing to admit when something is out of his specialty and always knows of a good honest place to get it done. I’m glad to see he is at a new location and I highly recommend him for any automotive repairs that one may need.
