I’ve been here about 5 times so far and every time they do a great job. I ask for Brenda every time and she listens to every detail and makes sure my haircut is exactly how I want it. Also, if you don’t know how to describe the haircut that you want, just bring a picture with you. Overall fantastic customer service!

Read all the reviews and wanted to give this hair salon a try! This place is definitely not reasonable!!! A complete rip-​off!!! I had called them to inquire about their charges before making an appo. They quoted «$ & up» over the phone, which turned to $$$$, once I was done with the service and ready to pay.
Yes, lesson learnt… now I know what does «UP» mean!!!

I have known Jenny for over 10 years and followed her from the old shop she worked at to her own shop here. She and the ladies who work with her are total sweethearts. I’m the kind of person who will get a hairdo/​color then wait a year til my hair is grown out and bugging the hell out of me before getting it done again. It’s funny cause myself and my friend had not been to Jenny’s shop for a few years now but she still remembers us. Anyway I got my hair cut and colored for much less than I thought it would be and I couldn’t be happier. I needed/​wanted a change and that’s what I got. Thank you!!!

I went there to get my hair colored. At first, I left with a beautiful color, great hair cut, and the woman there (not sure which one) is truly talented at blowing out hair. A few days later my hair was falling out at an alarming rate. This only means one thing to me, poor hair coloring product. Think worse than store brand. Overall this was a bad experience since you expect high quality hair color products from a salon no matter how inexpensive it is. Now I am waiting for my hair to grow back as I have to vacuum it up, clean out my brushes and my shower.

I come here every couple of months for a haircut. I let them get creative (which is usually just a few inches off and layers) which is always affordable [~$ 20]. The end result usually looks pretty fantastic, especially after they blow it out. If i’m ever concerned with any thing to do with my hair, i make a suggestion and they fix it right away. The girls here are also friendly, make you very comfortable, and get to work as soon as they can. We usually just walk in, so we wait about 30 minutes. If you’re patient, that’s not too harsh :)

Asked for a bang trim and everyone I saw afterwards noticed they were extremely crooked. It looked like \:). She was too busy talking rather than paying attention to her work. Waste of $ 18. Even though it is convenient as there are not many inexpensive salons around almaden, I will not be returning.

For a great quality haircut at the best price around (all with excellent friendly service), you gotta go here. $ 8 for a men’s cut! Unbeatable.

I always have very good service at Camden Hair and Nails when I get my hair cut. They are always friendly and the prices are fantastic! Rose and Le always gives me exactly what I ask for. Also, I take my grandson there for his haircuts. They are so sweet to him and he always gets a lollipop afterwards. I highly recommend this salon.

My two kids (4 and 7) and I just got our hair cut here yesterday. We all got GREAT cuts, and at a fabulous price. The three of us walked out of there spending less than $ 45 total! Don’t get me wrong, I don’t mind paying for a good cut, but why should I when we can get better cuts here for way less? Jenny worked on my hair while the other two ladies, Vanessa and Le did my kids hair. They were so patient w/​the kids and their haircuts were SOOO cute! Best yet, I love my new cut! We live out of town, but I will be driving back to San Jose for our next round!

The ladies who work here are simply so sweet! I get my nails done here regularly by Vanessa or Rose. They’re the best at manicures there. Prices are cheap compared to the other nail places around in the area. Plan on waiting a while if you come in on the weekend and don’t have an appointment because it usually gets packed around 2 p.m.

This was my first time coming here. Le spent an hour on my hair and she did an amazing job!!! She was very meticulous and really seemed to know what she was doing. This was the best haircut I have ever had! She did a nicer job than a pricey salon, and only charged me $ 25 for a cut and style (after working on my thick hair for an hour!). The other ladies working at the salon were very nice and also did an amazing job on other people’s haircuts and perms as well. I highly recommend this salon!
