Let me start off with saying that I love Chipotle… this location however is one the stingiest locations I’ve ever been to. I’ve had tacos where you only get 1 bite of meat in the whole taco. Seriously? Do yourself a favor and go to the DeAnza location or visit one of the local Taquerias nearby.

Chipotle is definitely something I missed when I was in Japan. With juicy steak and fresh ingredients packed in a burrito, Chipotle burritos rank high up on my burrito list. This is aided by the fact that I would get burritos all the time at university, which were just what I needed — a cheap and filling meal.
However, it seems that the burritos got a bit smaller, or they are a bit less generous at this location. Don’t get me wrong — it satisfies the Chipotle craving for sure, but even with the essential Chipotle tabasco dripping off the burrito, my socks weren’t quite knocked off.
A solid spot for lunch, but Chipotle can probably afford to add a bit more to your burrito for that $ 6−7…

This Chipotle is ridiculous. Got a
Bowl with brown rice that was literally as much as you would get in two tablespoons. The amount of sour cream was as if I dipped my mascara brush into it and splattered it on a wall. I mean I know I should watch my carbs but common! The funny part is I asked for double chicken and I got that… So basically it was a bowl full of chicken. I feel like I got punk’d when I got home. I guess I wasn’t paying close attention to the girl putting my bowl together! (I even tipped her, feel really dumb now.)They are so cheap with their portions I feel so ripped after spending $ 21+ on two bowls and some chips. The De Anza one is way better. Even though this one is closer for me it’s not worth it.

The food is pretty good for a fast food chain and this Chipotle location is very clean with a great staff.
I usually almost always order a steak burrito with the works and it is absolutely massive! You can also ask for extra fillings in your burrito, I go for the extra steak and avocado. The price is a bit steep, I think the average price of a burrito is between $ 8 – 10 dollars, which isn’t too bad considering the size of the meal, but pricey none the less.
The bad part about Chipotle (not just this location) are the long wait times that move at a snails pace when it gets crowded and it seems like it is always crowded here. Despite the long wait times, the employees here are some of the friendliest people I’ve met especially compared to some other Chipotle locations. I’d recommend you at least give Chiptole a try if you like Mexican food, you might be pleasantly surprised.

I went to this Chipotle over the weekend and while the food was pretty good, I wasn’t very impressed with the service.
First of all it was beyond crowded when we arrived and we had to wait in line for over 20 minutes just to order our food. The guy working the register wasn’t very friendly either; he seemed to be stressed out because of how busy it was. On the plus side the food was made quickly and it was pretty cheap for the size of the burrito I got (believe me, they are big). The burrito itself was good, but not amazing. I’ve eaten a lot of Mexican food around the area so I have a good base to compare it to and I would rate it about average. Definitely a decent place for some cheap food, but not five stars in my opinion.

It’s decently good Mexican (–like) food, and it doesn’t make me feel bloated afterwards. The restaurant itself is quite clean and spacious.
While the food isn’t exceptional and is a bit on the expensive side for semi-​fast food, it is consistent and reliable. I don’t think I’ve gone there and had a poor experience. It’s not a hit or miss chain like Rubio’s.

Based on food quality alone, any chipotle location would receive 4 stars from me. However, this one receives 5 stars because Galen the cashier is such an awesome employee. He never seems unhappy or stressed to be at work like many employees do. He always makes conversation with customers rather than just ringing them up or rushing them along. Often times chipotle employees rush you through the food line (understandable as the line is sometimes long) and Galen is a breath of fresh air at the register. They also seem to give pretty generous portions at this location. The last burrito I got was so full the tortilla broke and she had to put it in another one.

Bad customer service in this particular place. The host abandon me mid order to take care of other customer’s order they had forgotten. When he came back instead of finishing my bowl he got back to the beginning of the line.
The same guy got distracted again when finishing my friend’s order. Another guy came to wrap my friend’s burrito without knowing what she ordered. They ended up charging her the wrong item.
Bad communication between the staff.

Craving some familiar goodness of pseudo-​Mexican food we spotted the closest Chipotle to us. After shopping across the way at the Westfield, we were quite hungry and wanted to stuff our faces with the burrito bowls. The staff was super friendly and they hooked it up fat with all the burrito bowl goodness. After receiving our finished bowls, it was a mountain of goodness. The bf and I could barely finish our share. Overall, this is definitely one of the better Chipotles I’ve been to.

Long line, but fast and efficient.
One of the better Chipotles. The long line goes quickly. They don’t give you a stingy amount of meat. The cashier is friendly and sharp.

I decided to give this Chipotle a try because it is closer to me. I usually go to the De Anza one and always get a delicious burrito bowl.
This Chipotle did a horrible job with my burrito bowl and put an insane amount of sour cream! My toppings were practically swimming in sour cream, and I did not feel good after I finished the bowl. Who knows what they were thinking putting that much sour cream on someones meal? Goodness.
I will not be coming back to this location again. Very disappointing.

The guy was a very good scooper. hehehe. I had a hefty bowl walking out of there.
Honestly I don’t know why I do this to myself. I never finish it anyways T. T hahaha. ALMOST THOUGH. I always get extra rice hahaha. WHYYY. idk whyyyy!
Anyways 2 starts originally for running out of corn. +1 for the generous scooper guy the second time. Also, this place is ALWAYS packed. like line to the door. But they move quickly so yay!

I got lunch for myself and my co-​worker during lunch hour, and to my surprise, they were actually really fast on serving our food and got our order right! It was fantastic!
Allow me to start off on how I really enjoy the barbacoa here, it is soooo good! I always get it with my burritos, or on a rare occasion, burrito bowl. My coworker got the burrito bowl with chicken, both my co worker and I get, cheese, sour cream, corn, beans, lettuce, and sauce. I get mild, my coworker gets spicy.
Either way, we were both very content with the food and the service!
Overall; Good food, great customer service! Quick and easy

Clean and busy, just like most Chipotle locations. The service here is good. Friendly staff. Usually come here once a week because I love their burritos and bowls.
I like coming to this location because they are next door to a Pinkberry, so we get dinner and dessert to go on a night we don’t feel like cooking.
I’m not very impressed with their quesadillas. They don’t put enough cheese.
