Worst experience at at Chuck E Cheese EVER. Parked way over on Saralynn drive because parking was so bad!(that’s almost a mile away). Literally, witnessed three grown adults fighting over one spot. The store was trashed, dirty tables, floors, children… A ton of the games didn’t work at all. The games that did take tokens needed an attendant to refill the tickets. THEYFLATOUTREFUSED to honor our vouchers from the Newark location. YOUJUSTABOUTBROKEOURKIDSHEARTS, and for what? You ripped up the vouchers for this location before we even had a to decline using them! Would have been nice to have known about the policy BEFORE spending a ridiculous amount of money on tokens! This location is nothing but a scam.

Where do I start… Place is run down, gets packed so it makes parking difficult. Bathrooms are a hot mess. Prizes are so cheap and requires a lot of tickets to get one. Last EXTREMELYGHETTO!!! This is a kids place and you’d expect polite and pleasant people NOPE not here in the ghetto. Gosh can you imagine if they served beer here?! Ha! People will be pulling knives and guns out on each other. Never again! Not even for a birthday party!

I use to go to this Check E Cheese’s all the time as a kid with family and friends. They sell pizza, soda, and you can get tokens to play video games or ticket games at Chuck E Cheese. They have a playground for little kids that is big. This place is really nice.

Just witnessed a fight in the parking lot. It was crazy. They both almost ran over pedestrians while trying to curse and chase each other in the parking lot. Drinks were thrown and both parties even got out of their cars. I drove off after. I never remembered chuck e cheese being this crazy.

It gets crazy here. Especially when the employees do the ticket drop. Parents were stepping over children to collect tickets… I actually saw a grandma scooping tickets away from a very young girl. I was shocked. The pizza was fine I had no complaints… And the employees are super nice. My kid’s tickets stopped coming out of a game they played before pay out was finished and not only did an employee make sure they got our tickets they were entitled to, but he also gave my kids quite a few extra. At the end of the day, we had fun and we’re pretty exhausted after only 2 or 3 hours.

We live closer to the Redwood City location but decided to take a drive and give this one a try. There are alot more games for the kids, it looks so much cleaner. There are infinite tables throughout the 2 story building where you can sit and eat while kids play. We will most likely just make the drive, our girls left very happy and ready for a nap

There is a disabled person line that says to stay open all the time and yet I get no service. Thanks for making me stand and hurt my already messed up foot.

Thanks chuck e cheese. From being my go to childhood place to reminisce to ruining my dental life. Thank you for throwing away my retainers and telling me there is nothing you can do about it because it’s in your«machine.» The LEAST you could have done is check. Now I am forced to undergo a $ 6,000 treatment all over again because of the fact that my RETAINERSWERETHROWNAWAYANDNONEOFYOUWOULDEVENBOTHERTOLOOKFORIT. I even offered to go to the trash myself and retrieve my own and yet you DENY me. Thank you for WASTINGMYTIME and RUINING my day. $ 6,000 down the damn drain because you can’t get your act together and provide some DECENT customer service. Would NOT return due to the lack of RESPECT for customers and ATTITUDE.

I remember coming here ALL the time as a kid. Just recently came back & things have changed. 1. It’s so expensive! I think it was $ 1 for 3 token? THATSONLY3GAMES! So, if you’re planning to buy tokens, make sure you look for coupons online. 2. They got rid of the play ground. But it was probably for sanitation reasons. They also got rid of lots of other fun games.): There goes my childhood! 3. Workers are rude. They all hate their jobs. One of the workers had a pocket knife on him. Very scary. 4. The pizza wasn’t that bad. 5. PLENTY of tables. I think there were more tables than there were games!

This chuck e cheese is a joke. It’s totally run down. Games don’t work and if they do, the graphics are screwed up. The pizza was just ok. Little Ceasars has a better pizza. The fountain drinks were good. This place being two stories could have so much potential. SAD

Out of all of the Chuck-e-cheese places that I have been to this is the best of the best. It has two stories of fun, a stage that has robotic characters, and a room that you can rent out for parties. I love bringing my nephew here it’s a great place to tire out a child ;) the bottom floor for the most part is reserved for small kids and the top floor has many arcade games for teens and adults. The food is so so(pizza can sometimes be salty) and the selection isn’t much but I know they are revamping the menu! One thing that I really appreciate about this place is that when you get their, your whole party gets a UV stamp with a specific number on it so if a child in your party wonders off and trys to leave or(God forbid) is taken by someone, the staff will know that their numbers don’t match and won’t let that child leave with someone without that same number. If you do decide to go here look online for coupons or your local shopping adds-they have great deals on pizza packages with tokens. *only thing I can think of as a downside would be that parking can be a bit hard to find on the weekends. They do have a decent sized parking lot but this place is so popular that sometimes you need to park down the street.

A bit getho crowds. Staff not exactly friendly but ok. The ony place to play Deal or no Deal. This is a kids place but can u believe adults hog this game? My little one wanted to play a couple of games we keep checking back and the same man was still playing. Then 20 minutes later we got in. Surprisingly another man was waiting for us to be done. Of course I wanted to get my money’s worth so I played too … he was patiently waiting. Also stay away from the salad bar !! A woman uses her hand to put excess food back in the salad bar. Her chubby boy couldn’t wait to eat. he’s about 10 years old deeps and licks his finger in the ranch dressing then a second dressing. His mom saw it but probably didn’t know others may be watching and didn’t tell the boy to stop. It wasn’t a busy day, I’m sure I’m not the only one who saw it. I never visited this salad bar so i shouldn’t care but was thinking about reporting it anyways but no staff walked by. This is the better of the south bay locations in terms of games. I try to avoid weekends. Can’t wait till my little one outgrows chuck cheese !!

I came here for fun just to relive the good ol days. This location has some really new games which I enjoyed. They’ve replaced a lot of the old ticket games with more fancy and graphically intensive ones. In addition, there are a decent amount of new arcade games on the second floor that don’t give tickets but have some pretty good playing modes and graphics. Overall, still had a lot of fun but the location is a little bit dirty. The pizza and other food isn’t great. The ticket prizes aren’t anything impressive either. The pricing is great though for the number of tokens you can get — and if you include it with a coupon in the newspaper, you’ll get even more! I think it would still be a great destination for kids, but be careful of the crowds, subpar food and staying clean!

My husband was raving about this Chuck E Cheese, telling me about how much fun he had here when he was a kid, so we decided to bring our 2-year-old son there. While my husband was telling me about how BIG and AWESOME this particular Chuck E Cheese was, I envisioned a big play area where my son could roam free and explore those germ infested ball pits and crawl through those dark, smelly tunnels. It was the childhood I so fondly remember! However, when we arrived, we were sad to not see any play structure at all. What a waste of space, I thought. I guess replacing that with tables and chairs for parties is the bigger money maker. Needless to say, there isn’t much for toddlers to do here. I recommend staying in the«small kids» area with the kiddie rides if you have a kid younger than 5. Everywhere else is too chaotic, especially on a weekend. My son particularly enjoyed jumping on and off the moving carousel… he could have been wrecking havoc on a nice, big play structure, but had to resort to giving us heart attacks on the carousel. Thanks a lot, Chuck E Cheese! On a serious note, I read that a lot of machines are broken here and workers don’t care about fixing them. Well, when I was there, I saw 2 – 3 workers walking around fixing machines… which is more than I’ve ever seen at any arcade. So kudos to them for that. There are some clusters that are cramped, but there are also areas that are pretty clear and you can breathe easier. I can see this place being fun for older kids who know what to do with tokens and games. As always, bring coupons when you go to Chuck E Cheese!

Ya know, I love Chuck E. Cheese. Not growing up in San Jose, I went to a different one throughout my childhood, but I take my son to this one a few times per year and for fundraisers for my wife’s school. My son just goes insane whenever we mention Chuck E. Cheese! We actually had his birthday party there last year — talk about insanity. The workers were exceptionally nice, prepared and professional. They made it a great time for Joey… and us too. Just went there tonight. Joey loved the games, tokens and prizes. I actually love the little game to sit down in and it gives you a picture for a token. Takes a couple minutes, but it’s worth it. We’ll be back.

I finally brought my two kids to this Chuck E Cheese. I worked here when I was 16 so I had a vision of what I thought it would look like. Once we walked in, my kids stood there at the entrance in awe of the two story Chuck E Cheese. I had a coupon that I got in the mail for 175 free tokens with the purchase of a large pizza. Great deal I thought, thinking I wasn’t going to spend much but I ended up ordering drinks and buffalo wings and I still paid $ 37! Not too bad since we got the free tokens. We sat down and ate first and while we were eating, Chuck E Cheese came out and paraded around the downstairs throwing bundles of tickets to the kids! After eating, we headed out to spend the tokens! The kids had a blast! They had sooo much fun! We were there for almost 3 hours! Good thing I have another coupon still but only for 100 tokens. We will definitely go back!

Its free to get in, that’s a plus. Workers take a long time to get to the machines to fix the problem I was having. The food here is pricey. This place is dirty and not clean. A lot of germs every where.

This Chuck E. Cheese’s is a great place to come. My son loves this place and I can still remember & see some of the super old games back when I was a little girl… like that green alligator ‘smacking’ game. Not sure what’s it called, hehe. You know that game where the alligator sticks out quickly from its hole, then you smash it or pound it with your hand/fist. They added many New games upstairs and downstairs like Connect Four, Fruit Ninja, & Pac-Man. I like the Pac-Man game since you play 4-player rounds. Colors are red, blue, yellow, and pink. Nom nom nom nom nom. It’s sooo cute & funny when you become Huge O_o then eat other Pac-Man players. Wahahaha. My son was playing against a 2 year old once and that was when I saw his giant huge Pac-Man devour the other little kid’s Pac-Man twice. So funny! Our family usually comes here with that coupon my brother finds in Red Plum ads that are mailed home. Either choose the«Buy Any Large Pizza and Get 100 Free Tokens — Good Any Day» or the BEST coupon is «Buy Any Large Pizza and Get 150 Free Tokens — Monday thru Thursday Only» & the Online coupons you can print off their website & the reward calendars for the 10 free tokens perk with food purchase. We like the coupon for $ 5.99 All You Can Eat Salad Bar too. Pizza is passable but of course not as good compared to real deal pizzerias. I’m gonna have a blast today with the Chuck E. Cheese’s Fundraiser I coordinated. Hope there’s a great turn out since 15% of all sales goes back to his elementary school! Long hours designing those Chuck E. Cheese’s fundraising flyers, gathering special coupons, and stapling hundreds of flyers for this event tonight. Totally happy to help volunteer for my son’s school & help out his new school & all the children! ^_^
