The worst place you can be at. You want to expirence the worst managment and customer service? There you have it. Very disorganized and manager changes like seasons. The only person that was helpful in my case was the main property manager, but had to go through the corporation to reach him. I don’t know how many times I have to turn in documents for them to loose and they call you saying they need what they requested and then tell you that they don’t have time rudely. Parking gate never works and homeless people sleeping there. Broken cars always and parking is a strugle. I am young with a good job and just a transition to buying a house because the price is better. Location is perfect for everything. They need a better manager that knows what she is doing. They have an assistant manager now and doesn’t know what she is doing at all.

The worse place to live! Left this tiny 450 sqft apartment after 3 years due to: — really bad management — pest problems(roach infestation) — raised rent — lack of parking space and multiple tickets — residents smoking weed all the time — indoor smoking filtering through the apartment — continuous smell of cooking, even in the middle of the night — non-stop siren sounds and train horns that prevent you from ever getting a good sleep — graffiti throughout — broken entrances — car broken into(twice), even inside the garage! And on top of this, the leasing office never returned my deposit, claiming that I still owed them for a paint job and cleaning services. Seriously??? What place is so greedy to charge all this on your deposit after three years of on-time tenancy? No wonder these apartments attract the worst of the worst! If you’re thinking about living there, DON’T BEFOOLED by the exterior look of the building nor the patio on the sixth floor. Don’t ever rent here!
