Service and seating is fast. Staff is always helping and asking if you need anything. The food is good. I have had the grand slams, burger, steaks, and my favorite is the fried steak and mashed potatoes. The sundaes and milkshakes are good too. I have been here probably over 30 times and their service and food is really above average for a Denny’s. Parking is tig on busy days and you should be waiting only a few minutes during high times. They have a list, just put your name on it and someone will come and help you.

TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT! We ordered a 3 choice appetizer sampler (double mozzarella sticks and chicken strips) we got 5 mozzarella sticks and 2 chicken strips. I have ordered this at other Denny’s and I’ve gotten 8 mozzarella sticks and 4 chicken strips. We told management and he said «that’s how the potions are» and continued to ask the cook to make HIS dinner leaving us customers unsatisfied. Never coming back here again.

I was amazed about how awesome my visit was. I truly hate Denny’s with a passion because of the crappy food and service but my first time at this location and wow! Loved it! Food was edible, but the service was a great experience! The server Chuck was amazing! Attentive and kind. Well mannered waiter. Definitely will ask for him if I come back.

Wonderful Denny’s! Visited on Saturday night! Got seated fast and waited on fast! Our food arrived fresh and quick! We were waited on by three different servers! Overall a wonderful experience!!!

Service at this Denny’s location is better than at others. You aren’t kept waiting for coffee refills etc. Prompt and courteous waiters. Food is good but what differentiates this location from other nearby Denny’s is their customer service.

Food was not as good as showed on TV, no bacon on my Super Bird sandwich. I ask for more bacon and received 1 small piece of bacon but once they finally brought me it my sandwich was cold. Don’t recommend!!!

Denny’s is Denny’s lol, descent food, great milkshakes, well priced food. It was extremely busy today and all the employees were working extremely hard to seat and serve everyone in a timely manner.
I don’t like that the kitchen is open (not really hidden behind closed doors) and you can literally hear and see all the knifes, blenders and banging of dishes throughout the restaurant. I had to speak really loud to have a conversation with my family. Other than that caveat I love Denny’s. This location is nicer and has better service than other Denny’s I’ve been to.

Great experience with the waitress Deyanira (if thats her name) I forgot. She was awesome! The food was put on time. Next time I come back I’ll request for her.

The chicken fried steak was not very good at all but the eggs, pancakes and bacon were okay.

This Denny’s is pretty good considering most Denny’s I have been to, their breakfast food isn’t the best. I went here a few times and the service is super nice to my boyfriend and I. We come in at around 10:30 AM and we are seated right away. Sometimes we have to wait 5 minutes or more but that is in rare cases. As for the food. It’s pretty good. I usually get the lumberjack slam and its great. Nothing burnt or overcooked. Go meat!

Gotta love the 2 4 6 8 dollar menu here, on top of that the service is awesome. I am there so much they are like family. Shout out to Diana for always being so sweet and delightful.

This is the ONLY Denny’s I will ever go to. They have the best service and the best cooks. They have always been nice and courteous. Never had a problem with this place. I live closer to the Blossom Hill Denny’s and I would rather go to the Hillsdale one. Doesn’t matter what time of day it is, I always receive the same polite service I’ve grown to love from this place. Thank you to everyone who works here!

Save your money, save your time, save your appetite for something better. I wish I had more time today because I would have driven to Scrambles. This place is not very appealing aesthetically, and the food is bland beyond belief. Also the food is misrepresented. I ordered the bacon lovers sandwich, which is supposed to come with eight slices of bacon … It only had 5 soggy slices. I’ve had better sandwiches out of a vending machine. Also, the restrooms were filthy. I could smell them from the lobby. If I wasn’t with a party that included a child I would have protested to go somewhere else. Our server was nice, but the service was extremely slow. I shouldn’t feel this grossed after eating at an establishment.

This is the closest Denny’s to me. Everything here is so good! I order to go a lot here and they never take more than 10 minutes to have everything ready. They also well pack and give me all the condiments and napkins needed for my to go orders. The people here are so friendly as well. I had to minus one star because they discontinued one of my favorite dishes, buffalo wings…

Food is okay, but my dad likes to go here because we live down the street. Its also open ²⁴⁄₇. I tend to come out midnight to 2am and its pretty busy since bars close at 2 and ppl still wanna hang out.

Okay, since it is Denny’s you can’t really expect much. I came here around 9 p. m and it’s normally always so and so with the crowd. I definitely didn’t expect the large party. But anyways, our server WAS attentive. He came by several times and took our orders quickly. I ordered the skillet with grilled chicken and potatoes. Asked for no broccoli and extra potatoes. Guess what, my skillet was half empty and I didn’t get anything. –_​_​_​– terrible. After, I was trying to order a togo, and that didn’t happen. Our server left us for the large party and literally didn’t come back. So, of course I said forget it and left.
Jimmy’s on capitol is waaaaay better!

First off, this is one of the few Denny’s I hardly ever check in and yet frequent this place quite often since I moved in this general area back in 99.
This location is on the Corner of Alamden Expressway/​Captiol Expressway and Hillsdale. While it can be a pain to get here and at times be confusing to new patrons, its still worth to try this classic diner.
Your experience can differ based on the day, season and time you arrive. Most people that complain about service and such have to remember, you can always stand up leave.
I have never had a bad experience here. Day or Night. The staff over the years has changed but they are still comitted to the service and quality. The only Denny’s that I have a bad exeperience is the one on Blossom Hill. That is another review with Elvis in it!
Denny’s again has partnered up with the LOTR/​HOBBIT Franchise and came up with some new menu that focused on Honey. I may be a fan but I didn’t go for the menu and stuck with the classics.
Yolanda our Waitress was kind, sincere and always there to ask if you needed a refill or anything else.
My family didn’t complain about the food and we all knew it was very hot as we sat idle sipping our drinks while the food cooled to a much more eating temperature.
