My hard drive was dropped and I was desperate to get my data back. I received a full recovery (at the cost of $ 1,000) and am very grateful for this service! Brandyn was great to work with. Just a couple small things happened in the process of getting my hard drive back. I talked to someone on a Wednesday who wanted to confirm my address and assured me I would get it back by Friday via 2-​day USPS. He said there may be a possibility of receiving it Saturday, which I said was fine since I just wanted it by the weekend. It didn’t show up until Monday and was shipped via 3-​day USPS. I was also told it was free shipping when I had agreed to use their service, but the invoice I received had $ 25 for shipping. I asked about it and they said if I wrote a review, they would refund it — kind of rubbed me the wrong way. I received my hard drive in a small flat rate box at the cost of $ 5.25, so why am I being charged $ 25 for shipping? The box was also addressed to what I am assuming is another one of their customers, not to me — I’m thankful I still got it. It would be a good idea to require a signature with shipping something like this so your data isn’t stolen in the snail mail. Overall, the recovery was great, but the process of getting it back made me feel jipped.
