Note to self: NEVER COME BACK HERE TO GET MY NAILS DONE. Only one older lady doing nails, ok so its Tuesday… Told her about the cuticle left on my nail bed, she didn’t remove it. 4 out of 10 fingers got shellac, yes on the finger. Forget about it if you are looking forward to the massage end, which happens to be my favorite part. I just got lotion skirted straight to my hands and then just rubbed on up to my wrist.

Try this place out with my skills in nails design. I recently start to work here. My friend recommended that I get a cut here with Anh Giang. I don’t like getting a haircut in San Jose because every place that I’ve tried has ended up in a total disaster. Most hairstylist have been all talk but nothing to show for it. My hair has always ended up with bad cuts and color. Therefore, now my hair is so dried out and dead that I’m in desperate need for a good stylist. So far it seems like I’ve found my new stylist. He knew what he was talking about when it came to what my hair needed. He recommended that I come back in a month for another trim before deciding to get my hair colored. This way it allows time for my hair to be nourished. I like how Anh Giang doesn’t push for my hair colored for this first visit even though he makes more for hair coloring. This shows he is a very honest stylist.
As I watch Anh Giang cut my hair I noticed he takes his time by doing the details on my hair. He would cut, blow dry, then cut again. My hair definitely needs the attention. Because I came on a Saturday morning, it was rather busy for him. He had customers coming in constantly waiting to be worked on. Everyone just sat down as they were told to wait because he eventually will get to each one. Though there were people waiting on him, I didn’t feel he rushed my cut. He sat down on the chair to cut my hair so that its at eye level. For an hour, he was very focus on my hair.
All in all, Anh Giang is an awesome hairstylist with 20 years of experience. I will definitely come back for my next trim and hopefully my hair would be ready for a color. Looking forward to the balayage hombre and highlight.

Always go here for color. Anh Giang is awesome. So professional at coloring. I love the result! I highly recommend Anh Giang to ladies who wants the best outcome.

I get compliments on my eyebrows all the time and this is the place that I owe all the credit to! The people to go see see are Laura and Donna. If these two ladies are not available, I’m miserable until they can see me! Who wants to walk around with bushy, unruly brows? Certainly not me, so I highly recommend these fabulous ladies!

I’ve gone to this place for a long time and I just recently had my hair ruined by Tina one week before birthday. I waited a week until I couldn’t take it anymore I was so upset because it was fried and it was suppose to be an ombré look. I decided to go to someone else to have my hair cut and knew what they were doing. I am beyond disappointed that I didn’t get my 125 dollars back that only lasted a week. The front lady was rude to me over the phone and when I went personally to show them pics and evidence they say I should’ve came back to see if the should refund me my money and but I ruined somewhere else according to them. First off I loved my hair and why would I want to cut I t? I didn’t have an option since my hair was over bleached. There customer service is awful and it’s not a sanitary place.

I’ve been here twice and I must say, I really like them. I’ve had different people do my hair each time, but they both did a great job with the style and length. I’m actually probably going to go here again soon, since my hair does grow pretty fast. The price is decent.

Giang is the best stylist there! No doubt, he has hands that can create magic! I’m very particular and picky when it comes to my hair, but I can tell you how unbelievable he’ll transform beautiful layers in my hair. Most importantly, he knows what he is doing and it’s beyond words. His price is very affordable, considering his master cut & scissor skills! Go to him and he will transform you into a beauty!

I’ve been coming to this place for years & I love it. I come here to get my eyebrows waxed and Mai does a great job. I also get my pedicure done here. Linda does an amazing job, takes her time, and makes sure I like it. There’s usually a wait for Linda cause everybody wants her to do it so I usually call ahead of time. The owner is super nice too. I give this place 5 stars and totally recommend it.

I don’t see too many guys posting on hair cuts and I now know why. My hair was cut by the cashier lady, little on the shorter side with bangs. She asked me what I wanted and I told her. I emphasized her numerous times whatever you do «please don’t cut my bangs». Well and behold she chops it off after I told her I wanted a trim on the back portion of my hair. And instead if rounding out the sides she gave me a box cut… I mean why do you ask me how I want my hair cut if you won’t accommodate the request? Puzzles me.

I hate cutting my hair because most of the times ill hate the haircut, but I decided I needed a cut because my hair was ugly and dry. I walked in without appt and quiang helped me right away… And I must say I’m amazed with what he did my hair looks amazing!!! Thanks to him my hair now looks healthy And beautiful :)

My colleague recommended me to this salon after I complimented her bob cut. I wanted to get the same hair cut and I was greeted by Ah Qiang upon entrance. I showed him the photo (of the desired look) and he said it should be no problem. He washed my hair gently and led me to his seat politely. The salon vibe was pretty much as others but I had to say that Ah Qiang is the best I ever had. This stylist knows what he’s doing for sure. I didn’t have to describe what I want, he just made it happen! I heard it’s not easy to get a (geometrical) bobcut right but he did it with ease. Mind you, I have thick frizzy hair! I’m so happy that he got it right!
I like Ah Qiang’s attention to detail and his sense of humor. It was like a hair cut with complimentary standup comedy. Ah Qiang, better than all the stylists I’ve been to and I would definitely return for another service despite its location. I had a great time & love the way I look. Check out my pictures :-)

I get my brows waxed here and it’s always on point. It’s really cheap and workers always remember me

Does anyone know where Yuong went? He was cutting my hair for about 7 years and when I called to make an appointment with him none of the workers knew where he left off to. I am assuming it wasn’t on good terms because he just up and left. If anyone knows what salon he moved to, I’d appreciate a message or post. I loved the way he cut my hair and can’t find anyone who compares. Or please refer me to someone who can help me. Thanks!

Excellence place, I’ve been going here for almost 2 years now, and never looked back. My hairstylist is Nhat, he cuts your hair at a very affordable price. I’ve been to a 20 dollars hair cut place before but didn’t like it because the hair stylist didn’t understand my style and wasn’t on top on the current trend, (you can easily tell by looking at the hair stylists’ hair, some look like its belong in the 90s.) What’s even better, Nhat uses scissor 90% of the time. Even though he isn’t proficient in English, just bring a picture in and then he will pretty much understand your preferences. Guys. never let a lady cut your hair. why… because GQ says so.

This review is for Giang as he’s the only person I’ve tried at Forever Cuts. He is amazing! I’ve been going to him for over four years now and I love my cut every time. Prices are more than reasonable at 25/​head for extra long hair! Honestly, if he raised his rates I’d still go to him!

I love getting my hair cut here. I always go to Giang, he does an awesome job. I have really thick hair and I am usually very picky with how my hair is cut and he does it perfect every time. The hair cuts are about $ 25 dollars, but he straightens and blow dries your hair so your hair always looks good when you leave. Parking is a pain though, the parking spaces are so compact and limited. I think he doesn’t work Mondays, but always call ahead just in case because he’s busy most of the time if you just walk in. They take credit, but I think there is a 89 cents «convenience» fee you have to pay.

David for a hair cut is the best person to go to here and Andy does wonderful nails. The place itself is super ghetto but it’s worth going to for those two people. I adore them both!

My cousin first took me here about 10 years ago when Bobby was still working here. The hair stylists back then were great but within the past few years this place has gone down the drain. They continuously hire new stylists and most of them seem like they just came over from Vietnam. They could barely speak any English but yet talk so much shit regarding their clients in Vietnamese. It’s just plain unprofessional.
Stay away from all the male stylists– they do not know what they are doing! The last time I was there for a trim back in June, the guy messed it up so bad and cut it so short that I still have to tie my hair in a bun until this day! And yes, I did say bun because it even looks funny tying it up in a pony tail!
