Handy Max Flooring

These guys are good with hands-​on flooring. Great job on install. Rushed a little bit since they were running late towards the end of the project, missed a few spots with caulking. The reason i am taking 2 stars away is how they played smart with me. Here’s what happened. Be careful when they say they will buy the materials, show you the receipt and you pay them. They had bought the materials, but there was extra materials left, which i had kept to the side for me to use later since i was paying for it. Ilya while packing up their truck took all of it with him. Also i was looking at the receipts from Home Depot, i saw they had purchased pencils and blades which a contractor should have with them. why am i paying for it. Also when they say they will HELP transport the flooring, it means = a $ 35.00 charge for transport. IF i knew that i would have used my own vehicle to transport the flooring from the shop to my home.
So buy and transport your materials if you use these guys.

Found these guys on Craigslist. They gave me a written estimate with a breakdown of pricing by the sq. ft. We felt very comfortable with them in our house. The were hard working, cleaned up afterward, and even hauled away some extra stuff I had. They did very good work, and even in the back of a tiny closet they stuck to good detail.

Handy Max installed laminate flooring in our apartment! We wanted to get rid of carpet when our baby was born. It took some time talking to our landlord — he is not an easy person to negotiate to spend money on anything. After meeting with the Handy Max guys he agreed!!! We were so happy! We were also impressed with their portfolio and photos of their previous works — when you see those, you know you are into something nice!
But even happier when we saw the end result — even our «oldie» apartment now had a breath of new life! It now appeared so fresh! After our place was completed, our landlord used these guys for a few more units — as you can see, quality and price makes everything nice! lol
IT HAS BEEN 5 YEARS since our floors have been installed. Everything holds up very well, even in our high traffic areas! Still as smooth and shiny as the first day!
We received a letter from Handy Max to rate their work since they are now on Unilocal. So here it is folks! I know that when we are to buy our place we are using Handy Max as flooring people! We are very happy we found them!

I LOVE these guys! They make flooring painless. They’ve done floors for me and for many of my clients. Everyone has been SOOO happy and their prices are quite reasonable. Max and Ilya are wonderful to work with — hire them and you will be very happy.
