The lady was super nice! She was very patient and helped me pick out the style that I want. Great quality!!!

It is my big mistake to have wedding card service done here. The owner (female) did not listen to what customer wants but just do what she thinks it is good for her business.
1) She have my son print almost twice what he needs and off course he has to pay for that quantity
2) The date of the ceremony is wrong date, and when we brought it back, she did not admit that is their error and wants to charge extra
3) Price per card is much higher than other place. The owner won’t return the deposit even they have not start the print process yet.
Rating should be ZERO. As everyone can tell, there are no single 2 stars or more rating for this Hoa Tien Printing
STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE !!!

This place is horrible, do not go here if you want to get something right at the first place. They have to reprinted my wed invitation after the missing wed date. The second batch of the invitations still had a minor mistake. Overall, i would NOT recommend this place to anyone.

OMG, if i could rate this a zero i would. they ripped three of my wedding invitations and blamed it on me and wouldn’t give me a refund. they are slow and the printing quality was not worth it!

I had never had such terrible service. I do not recommend using this company nor their affiliates. We hired them to do our invitations and not only did it not look like the sample they showed me in the book, it was printed crooked, on a different type of paper, and the envelopes were too big for the invitations. It looked so cheap when I paid so much.
When I called to try to get a refund, they tried to scam me in my money and tried to tell me it was my fault and that this was really what I wanted. I have since returned the invitations because they finally said they would refund me the full amount, but now they said I waited too long and won’t give me my money back. When I called them again about it, they said they would call me back and maybe we can compromise on something. I told them there is no compromising when they messed up on the product which I never used and had to buy else where.
I’m still waiting on the refund which I may have to get the BBB involved. This is unacceptable.
