Wow, I’m relaxed and feeling great tonight! Ruth gave me a great massage this afternoon and was careful to ask what I wanted. She’s certainly got the strength and massaged me nice and deep, just the way I like it. The facility within Gold’s Gym is professional, nice, and softly lit. And Ruth gave me plenty of time to slowly rouse myself afterwards. I also like the convenience of scheduling and payment on their website. Two thumbs up on these guys — I definitely recommend them and am looking forward to my next session.

Lisa is FABULOUS! What can I say except that she is a true professional, knows what she’s doing and will make you feel so relaxed and relieved after your visit. I get the Deep Tissue massage and she really works out the kinks in your muscle tissue. I have chronic lower back pain and I always look forward to a day without back pain when I’m finished with the massage she gives me. Look no further than Lisa at Individual Kneads inside the Gold’s Gym on Bernal Road in San Jose. You will be glad you booked a session with her!

Lisa is fantastic! Not only does she do a great job, her website is simple to use for making appointments and her prices are the most reasonable I’ve seen in years. She will also give insurance discounts! Lisa makes it affordable for everyone to get regular massages.

Lisa is the best massage therapist EVER! She knows the anatomy, and it’s obvious in her work. She is dedicated to making sure the client gets they type of treatment he or she wants. She’s friendly, professional, on time, and her pricing is incredibly reasonable! If you want a GREAT massage at a totally worth it price, get in touch with Lisa!

Lisa does a tremendous job! I’ve had a lot of back problems and tried out several massage therapists. Lisa does a great job of working the knots out, educating me on what’s going on, and still making it a relaxing experience.
