It’s was my first time here, I got a mani & pedi. $ 50 for both. I got short coffin nails. But it looks more square. She also cut one finger during the process. 2 of my nails are crooked (my ring finger she cut & my middle finger) it’s pretty noticeable, my boyfriend noticed & he usually doesn’t notice anything. 2 hours went by for some reason about 4 of my nails started hurts a bit. Kind of a sore feeling. & my big toe on my left feet started hurting after 10 minutes out of the door. & also saw that my nail polished have already chipped. Customer service was good, they gave me a water bottle while I waited.

I went the next day, to get the crooked nails done. Super nice about it, just asked which fingers was crooked. The customer service is good here.

Love this place! Been coming here since it opened years back & has always been my number 1 place to go. My mani and pedi are always on point. I usually get them done with who ever but you can never go wrong with Cindy. She does her thing on both manis and pedis. Everything is clean and sterilized. And now they use a plastic bag for pedis which is super clean.

Love it here. I go to Cindy for all my mani pedi needs. Came in for a shelac mani today. I usually get pedis. I was very happy with my mani. Parking can be tight if you go during peak times. Usually not too bad.

Had a problem with the polish chipping off, but they were glad to fix it for me (free of charge).

I’ve only been here a handful of times, but every single time, my nails have been perfect. I usually like Jennifer to do my nails (she only works Friday’s and Saturdays), but she was busy today so I got someone else, and unfortunately I didn’t get her name, but she was amazing! She was super nice and shaped my coffin nails perfectly, I’ll be sure to get her name next time. Also, the place is super clean, I believe it was recently renovated, so it’s really nice inside (don’t let the plaza fool you). Anyway, 5 stars forever.

Came here with my best friend a couple days ago for pedicures. It’s pretty spacious and nice inside (for the East Side) I ordered the basic plus paraffin ($ 23) and she got the deluxe ($ 30). At first the ladies were really nice. One lady seated my friend and i and brought us little bottles of water.
The lady that did my pedicure was nice at first, until she started. She kept trying to get me to upgrade to a more expensive package and tried to tell me i needed callus remover! Lmao excuse me? First of all, No i dont, and second thats not what i asked for. THEN she tried to talk me into a manicure. When i said «no thank you» she said «but you need one your nails dont match». WTF? I had literally JUST painted my nails. Lmao!!! I said «no» at least 3 times! After that her attitude changed and she seemed in a rush. Not to mention I’m pretty sure she was talking shit in Vietnamese to the lady next to her! I can’t stand when nail ladies try to make you feel bad so you spend more $$$. ITS OBNOXIOUS AND RUDE…
Don’t get me wrong the pedicure was great and my friend had no complaints. Thats the only reason im giving 3 stars. But as far as my experience, service and people skills are lacking. I really wish i would have had a better experience since its so close to my house.
