I usually don’t write reviews but I felt that Alex went above and beyond with helping fix my broken sink. He was professional, extremely courteous, explained everything right up front, even went to the store to get the needed materials. Furthermore he was prompt — He said that he’d arrive at 10AM and he was there right on the dot.
I highly recommend Alex to anyone looking for a good handyman! Thank you Alex!

This review is long overdue. I meant to write this review after Alex finished my enclosed chicken coop area. I found him on Unilocal, despite not using Unilocal much before. I was so please with the work he did and his professionalism. I was grateful to Unilocal for helping me find Alex. He showed up on time and when he said he would. How refreshing!!! Really, isn’t it sad that someone doing what they say they are going to do is actually a surprise? He was professional and an experienced carpenter. I wish I had more projects for him because I would hire him again in a second! Do yourself a favor and give him a call. You won’t be disappointed. My chickens are safe and sound in the enclosed area he built for me.

I’ve had the pleasure of working with Alex on several jobs around my house. He is meticulous and conscientious is his work and reasonable in his prices. He has built two gates, put in a cedar floor in my closet, fixed the spigot in my yard, and hung a swing from a giant tree in my front yard for my little boy. I feel totally safe with him around my house which is an absolute must for me and my children. He has been timely and up front and honest on every job. He always leaves the work space clean before he leaves. I will continue to hire Alex for all if my handyman jobs!

Alex’s reputation preceded him, and for good reason! I had a laundry list of projects he has accomplished before a party I was having, and a craftsman is what he is! Everything was done impeccably and timely. He is reliable, honest, had an amazing work ethic, and is a dear man! I am elated with his service and knowledge! He has made my home fabulous, I can’t wait until the next projects are started. It is refreshing, as a woman that works a lot, to have a carpenter that is so articulate, trustworthy and reliable… and my dog absolutely loves him! I cant tell you how much I have enjoyed working with Alex. He listens to what I want, makes suggestions a, d does what I ask without complaint, eye-​rolling or sexist comments like I have had with other people. He lets me help and teaches me as we go along so I get better at fixing things for myself and learning. He is creative and intelligent and a pleasure to work with. He works to my standard and never complains when I want something done a certain way. He cleans up after himself and is cheerful, reliable, patient and communicative. I cannot recommend Alex highly enough! Oh and he NEVER lets the cat out!
