The prices are pretty high for what you get but the food is tasty and the shakes are good. I have had the regular burger and the western cheeseburger here as well as fries and have not been disappointed. I took one star off for the prices being high and one off for the fact that the food is not excellent but only good. If we have half stars I would make it 3.5.

They claim to have grass fed beef for all their burgers and organic milk for all their shakes. It’s 5.99 for the Classic burger(no drink or fries) to make it a combo(drink and fries) it cost around 10.50 for your meal. I thought the prices here were a little steep for the food that you get. The burger was ok in flavor, better than fast food but not anything great. The buns they use are the sponge buns which I am not a fan of. I think a good burger should have a good bun. If you like your patty well done you might want to mention it because otherwise they serve it a little pink. I think the only thing I’d go back for would be the fries and the onion rings. Fries are perfectly crispy, onion ring batter is crispy and a bit sweet which I loved. I tried their Oreo shake which was pretty good; they also have orange creamsicle, salted caramel, coconut and other favors that I have never tried. For just me and my husband we paid a little over 30 dollars which I think is a little pricy. All in all of return for the starches lol not so much for the burger. :p

Be Careful! We’ve been going to Mojo for a few years and have always enjoyed the burgers, but today I saw something that will prevent me from ever going back. I walked in with my children and we were perusing the menu while waiting in line. I noticed the cook busily preparing food(it was 5:45 on a Friday night and the place was packed). As I was watching him, he pulled out two RAW burger patties and put them on the grill. He immediately turned back around, and started dressing two other burgers with condiments. He wasn’t wearing any gloves or making any effort to clean his hands between handling raw meat and preparing the rest of the food. I may have been willing to overlook it, until I saw him pull out a RAW chicken patty and place it on the grill. Again, he went back to preparing other food without washing his hands. When I asked the cashier whether or not he should have gloves on, she stated, «We’ve been doing it this way for a long time and the health department gives us passing grades.» Seriously, I find that hard to believe. We ended up going to Casa Teresa next door instead. So disappointed Mojo. I love your burgers, and have introduced many friends and family to them, but unfortunately, we won’t be going back.

We went here after my two year old had his hair cut. I ordered the mushroom swiss, husband got the Western and I got a kids cheeseburger for my son with a milkshake. Halfway through my burger I realize it’s getting pink. I trade with my husband since I am pregnant and his was cooked through. We figure the patties are big. The flavor on the burgers were really good. The buns were cheap hamburger buns. This is where they lose ALL stars. My son’s cheeseburger patty was thin. Much thinner than ours. The center was red. Are you kidding me? I’m seriously so angry and livid. They saw it was a young kid too. How can you not make sure a CHILD’S MEAL isn’t cooked properly ESPECIALLY with beef, prefrozen beef at that. The milkshake and fries were good. We will never set foot in here again. I can only hope my son didn’t ingest too much of the raw hamburger meat(the outside was charred so how do you even DOTHAT). I’m so livid. $ 30 for my son possibly getting food poisoning(it was RED not slightly pink) and almost giving a pregnant woman undercooked meat as well.

This place was okay, worth the try, but im not coming back. Theyre a little expensive considering their portion size. and the woman who rung me up was not very friendly. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger and a soda seperately and she didnt even recommend me a combo or anything. Great fries though.

Ordered an Oreo shake, got halfway through it and realized it was chocolate. Took back to counter to exchange and was greeted with ‘my mistake, sorry I goofed’. No offer to replace or refund. Last time I come here with my family after being a customer of over six years. Can I have my $ 2 tip back?

I was around the neighborhood and was really hungry. My cousin and I came into this plaza and was hoping to find a food joint. I came across Mojo Burger from Unilocal and thought we try it out. When we came it was pretty empty, but that didn’t stop us. I was really craving a burger, so I am glad we came here. I had one of the combo meals and wanted chili cheese fries instead. Can’t go wrong with chili cheese fries. :) The food was pretty good and I would totally come back. The staff was pretty nice and were pretty attentive. They didn’t have their milkshake machine, but it’s okay. Not a bad place! :)

I’ve been going to this location Mojo off and on for 10 years. I tried their western burger(onion rings, bacon, and bbq sauce $ 6.99) .The meat patty was thinner then I remember and even though I watched the guy grill it it didn’t have that good flavor. I think I prefer the willow glen location(foxworthy ave) because they are faster in prep of food. I’ve found I cannot tell the difference between Angus beef and regular ground beef and don’t like to spend $ 7.00 for a small burger. My next trip for a burger will be In-n-Out because of the closer location, value and better milkshakes.

Ordered the Classic Cheeseburger. It came with american cheese, lettuce, tomato, red onion and ketchup/mayo. The burger could have used more seasoning. Fries were good and you get a ton. The banana milkshake is made with Strauss Ice Cream and is on point. The combo was $ 11.50. That is about $ 4 more than In n Out. Give Mojo’s a shot and determine whether it is worth it.

There are places that just do what they do really simply but really well. This is one of them. It is a burger joint in its purest sense, plain and simple, in a world full of burgers topped with everything under the sun(nothing wrong with that by the way, I love a Kobe burger with a runny egg and caramelized onions on a brioche bun). Mojo used to cater some company functions so when I moved into the area I was looking forward to actually trying their burgers in store. They did not disappoint. Had the classic double combo with chili cheese fries. Beef was juicy, flavorful, well seasoned and had a really nice crust on it. Basically THE things I look for in a good burger. Bonus for being grass fed beef which is easier to mess up. Everything else was just as simple. Ketchup, mayo, pickle slices, lettuce and tomato. That’s all it needed. The fries were nicely fried, stayed crispy and held up to the chili. It really doesn’t get much better than this.

Gone there since I was a kid. Those burgers are good and tasty! Kids watch TV and eat while adults /teenagers talk to each other while enjoying a fine and grilled burger. On top of that, fries, drinks and other sides are included. A good restaurant, 4 stars.

Total cross cantamination. Cashier touched money, then thongs to scoop fries & dropped them back completely into the fries(thought okay… oil kills all the bacteria). Then put her hands in the bag to open it & scopped the cooked fries into it. I asked her to remake them and then she went to put gloves on & used the fry box she put her fingers in! Also the cook touched the paper with the burger, threw the paper & started touching a spatula stirring some sauce. So all that burger juice with bacteria went all over the spatula so when he later scooped the sauce with the same spatula he spread all of that bacteria. Huge NONO in the food industry! After being a cook & working fast pace for 7 years… I will never visit this place again! I’m almost wanting to call the health inspector of san jose.

Awesome burger!!! & the cook is super super sweet!!! I loved my experience :) I ordered a cheeseburger with bacon. The bacon was tasty just like homemade bacon. The meat was fresh, and the milkshake I ordered was oreo and really smooth, easy to drink from the straw. Nice place to talk and laugh.

Remember your Uncle Al? That guy who showed up to your family reunion and always manned the grill in the corner? Well, he opened a burger joint and named it Mojo Burger. Nothing about Mojo Burger will excite you; from the ambiance to the food. But it’s sure a decent burger place. There’s no flash about it. You order, they cook it up right there(and that can take some time if two or more people are in front of you) and you leave satisfied. The nice twist is that they do offer chicken burgers and they aren’t deep fried! I was actually very impressed by this as I fully expected to see my chicken burger floating in it’s own grease. It’s a full chicken breast, nicely seasoned and hiding between the buns are a few lettuce leaves and a tomato(I had to dig to find that one). You won’t want to bring a tent and set up camp here for breakfast, lunch and dinner, but it’s a decent escape from your fast food escapades every once in a while. They’re a three-store restaurant so give Uncle Al a try and help support your local businesses in the process.

Stopped here for lunch today after having a craving for a Bacon Cheeseburger. First time eating here, and it was well worth it. I went with the Double BBQ Bacon Cheeseburger(Yes I know, basically a heartattack burger) with regular fries, and a chocolate milkshake. Everything was delicious. I had stepped out to make a call while my food was cooking, Marilyn was kind enough to walk it over to me. She was very friendly, and helpful while ordering!

It was a Mojo kind of day so my bestfriend and I visited Mojo Burger off of Santa Theresa. The cutest blonde girl I have ever seen quickly greeted us. She advised us on what to order and we were oh so glad she did :) I had the Tilapia Burger with friends and my friend had the chili fries. Both were scrumptious and inexpensive.

I came here with a group of friends for lunch, and there were already a decent amount of customers eating inside. As soon as I walked in, I felt like it was like Mcdonalds.lol. There was a menu with pictures of the combo meals.(See Picture). I decided to get the miniMo combo meal, which came with a regular fries and medium drink. Our burgers were cooked really fast. Within 5 minutes, our numbers were called. My miniMo burger reminded me of a ‘Mcdonald hamburger’, except that the beef patty tasted much better. There was only kethup, mustard, and pickles inside the miniMo. It would have tasted better with slices of tomatoes and lettuce, which is included in the regular Mojo burger. My miniMo came with a slice of cheddar cheese. When I opened up my burger, I noticed the cheese was really melted. I could barely taste the cheese, too. The fries tasted really good. It was nice and crispy. Overall, Mojo burger makes ok burgers. It is located in the Nob hill plaza, so there is plenty of parking.

They were at a school event and brought their trailer and bbq grills. Unfortunately, the cheeseburger was extremely dry. I had to soak it in ketchup to eat it. The hot dog wasn’t too bad but it was tiny. 4″ hot dog. The fries were pretty good though. I didn’t have their chicken nuggets but I thought saw them using the Costco Foster Farms frozen nuggets.
