Level of service I received I would deduct stars. Had a problem with a clogged tub drain. Easy fix for tech they sent about 6 months ago which is why we called them again. They sent out a guy offered a couple suggestions tried to snake down one line with no result charges me $ 52 and left and I still have a clogged drain. Wanted a second opinion so set up second appointment specifying that I want them to send a different more experienced guy. They send the same guy this time accompanied by his field manager. Arrived being rude and combative from the get go. They didn’t try to snake anything instead saying that the only solution was $ 800 to get under house and cut some pipes up for a clogged tub. I declined and they refused to explore other avenues for solutions. Then what really gets me after I now have been hit up for money and treated rudely in my own house the technician suggests I should blame my wife for the clog! I don’t think blame should be the issue here. The field manager then responded with«we don’t have time for this» and abruptly left. Did’t know they were gonna send their goons out to shake me down for $ 800 dollars. Avoid like the plague. Wouldn’t recommend to my worst enemy. Just don’t do it!!!

Horrible and Unethical! I asked about 10 times if the charge would be $ 79.99 to snake a drain as per their web ad. They said yes every time. When he got there(4HOURS after the scheduled time) he said the cost would be $ 234. When I asked why he made up some crap, like he didn’t have access because there was a Ptrap under the sink. I nearly bust out laughing. What was he expecting??? That a kitchen sink wouldn’t have a trap under it!!! So he backed down quickly and said he would«honor the $ 79.99THIS time»(JERK!). After the job was over he refused to hook up the pipes under the sink again and said there would be an additional $ 234 charge to put the pipes back together. They left and the job was incomplete. We have since been trying to find another plumber to come back out… so far all have stood us up.

They weren’t quite on time, but did a great job clearing my drain at a reasonable price.

I can’t speak for the quality of their work, since they have cancelled or no showed on every appointment our company has made. We have a sink that needs repair, and this company showed up for the initial consultation, where we asked them to generate an estimate for what they thought the cost would be. The plumber that came out said he would report to his supervisor and fax over an estimate for us. This was sometime before Christmas. We have never received this estimate. So, at some time this week we contacted them again to set up a whole new appointment and the receptionist noted that they had already been here. My manager asked the receptionist if she saw in her database whether there was an estimate or any notation of an action plan and the receptionist told her the order had been placed on «pending.» So, we set up an appointment to have them come out again, and were told they would be here between 10−12pm. The day of the appointment they called to inform us that they would not be making their appointment due to being backed up with other clients. The weird thing is two different people from Mr. Rooter called us at the same time and spoke to two of our receptionists, telling one of us that they would not make the appointment at all today, and the other telling us they would be here before we close at 8pm. Needless to say, they didn’t show. Which brings us to today. We have an appointment time of 10 – 12. Guess who called to say they would not be here until after 12pm? We are currently calling around for a different, reliable plumbing company.

We called Mr. Rooter out as a last resort when nobody could figure out our«no water» problem. They figured it out in a matter of minutes and had it fixed in no time. Fantastic service and I would use them again. Thank you Mr. Rooter
