We are in the process of filling out the multitude of immigration forms required for my husband. One of the forms is the I-​693 medical examination, which has to be done by a civil surgeon or USCIS-​approved doctor. I called USCIS and was given a list of five doctors in my area who could perform the exam. Dr. Mukerji was on the list but wasn’t the first doctor I called.
The first two doctors I called worked for busy health centers. Neither was able to provide me with any useful information. Next, I called Dr. Mukerji’s office. Surprisingly, the person on the phone knew exactly what I needed and was very helpful. I asked quite a few questions and was given complete and helpful answers. They also informed me that they can do the immigration exams on Saturday, which will be very helpful for my husband who works long hours during the week.
We haven’t had the exam done yet, but we’re definitely going to go to Dr. Mukerji when the time comes. His price for the exam was less expensive than I was expecting, and his office also referred us to the least expensive place to go to get the required vaccines and test (s) done. Thanks to their help, getting the immigration medical exam done should be a lot less difficult and expensive than I expected.
