On point when in doubt, I don’t like jack in the box tacos. On the weekends il show up here at 2 a.m. for the authentic Mexican taqueria tacos carne with everything and the guac sauce is my favorite plus fresh horchata at this place

I REMEMBER WHEN THIS SHITTY PLACE USED TO SERVE TACOS IN BIGGER AMOUNTS. Now the tortilla is super small and yet they charge super expensive and it’s now more greasy then ever. Just last night I went in to buy a burrito thinking maybe they’ve changed and no the same if not worse. The burrito gas me hardcore stomachache all night long. POS! Place will never come back.

Best Tacos Ever!!! Definitely ask for Hand Made Tortillas, it makes the difference. They are nice. They set up tables, chairs, and lights. Sometimes a heater on colder nights. I don’t get tacos anywhere else but here. Wait is pretty good 15 minutes or so. They are open late, we have been here At 1:30am and there is always people.

THE BEST TACOS!!! Very flavorful and packed with meat for $ 2! The asada was full of flavor. The carnitas was also flavorful and I must say not oily like most carnitas I’ve had. I was skeptical with the tripas (guts)… But have it well done and it’s sooo good!!! To top it off… The horchata was soooo good!!! They’re nice too!!!

Desde hace 4 anos soy clienta de Nayos taqueria, todos los fines de semana mi esposo y yo vamos a disfrutar de sus riquisimos tacos dorados y quesadilla, las salsas son riquisimas y las zanahorias y chiles estan de chuparse los dedos tambien. Los precios son bajos y la atencion super amable y hasta parqueo hay.

I guess you could call this a hole in the wall. Straight up dirty, Mexican food– the best kind :)
My friends and I got tacos, for &1.75 each! They were super good! By the time we remembered to take a picture, we had finished our 7 tacos! The tacos were filled generously :))! Also, one of the workers is very sweet! He said thank you to me in Vietnamese, which he guessed I was. X) Very nice and fast… there was a line, but I got my food within 10 minutes and the line moves relatively fast.
Definitely going to bookmark this place and come back later! I’d recommend you, too!

hits the spot everytime! dont even waste your time with the other trucks on alum rock. the jalepenos and carrots are off the hook too! this spot has never given me reason to try elsewhere. a never fail! ftw!

I want to kiss the ground those taco– making gods walk on.

My friend lives right by this taco truck and said it’s usually still open and has a line around 1 in the morning. It’s located where the pool, portuguese bakery, and hair salon plaza is at. It’s maybe a block before checkers coming from DTSJ.
It was about 2am when we got there and they were still open! We asked what time they closed and they said 3 – 3:30am Thurs-​Saturday. Impressive!
I decided to order two tacos de lengua (tongue). I asked for everything on it and OMG, it was the best lengua taco i’ve ever had! I swear it wasn’t because I was a little tipsy or anything. Their salsa had an awesome kick and the meat was tender, which is hard to get when you order tongue.
They asked us if we were having our food for here or to go, which I thought was strange. I ended up saying «for here». They basically busted out a table and chairs for us to sit. It seriously was perfect! The guy working there was such a sweet heart! He kept asking if we were ok with our meal and was just taking care of us. I’m pretty sure this is my new favorite taco truck.
All I need now is a hot date to take me here at night with a candle. Then I can finally have my romantic taco truck dinner to check off my bucket list.
