Excellent Nagasaki style sara udon. Use thinly sliced pork, any type of seaood, lots of good for your vegetables, beans sprouts, fish cakes, etc and you have the best tasking saraudon. Add some rice vinegar towards the end as well as chili oil and taste goes rocket speek.

If you want to buy their noodles, you will have to go Japanese market, ranch 99 or other asian market to get it.

Place has me hooked! If you’re into cup of noodles… something’s wrong with you. It’s time to upgrade and this place is a perfect step up. They sell freshly packaged noodles instead of that dried out stuff. If you want to get your ramen fix without breaking your wallet, this is it. They have 3 flavors: shoyu, miso, and tonkotsu. You really can miss with any of the flavors. One last not, they let you mix and match!!!

Nippon Trends Food Service produces the yamachan brand of take home, cook at home ramen.(not instant) *Yamachan is a low end brand. noodles have potassium carbonate in it which must be rinsed off. funny taste. *has other labels also. higher end. –also supplies fresh ramen to japanese restaurants and ramen houses. (saw their calender on the wall at ramen halu). –typical wholesale case, 9.92 lb.(namen ramen)-30 servings. –probably also sells different grades of fresh ramen also.
